Ive been away from resin and crafting completely for 3 years. Ive just come back because my 16 year old cat passed away. Ive been amazed at all the new things in 3 years. it’s exciting coming back.
Fantastic love these its great to see UV Resin being used instead of normal resin obviously a lot quicker & easier Keep making these & sharing Thank you x
I love your husband he's so funny. I love the Rings you do a great job on all the resin you do even that table with the river was beautiful. Thank you for sharing
Love, love, LOVE these rings!! You are the one who got me started making these, and I can't make enough, Michelle. They are addictive, aren't they? I did see the blue and green in the photo of the green one by itself. Dang it, now I gotta find that nail gel in your description. LOL Thanks for another A+++++ video, ma'am!
Michelle these rings are gorgeous !! I have never tried doing a ring. Thank you for this close up tutorial. You make it look easy to do. Thank you again for all you do sharing your videos with us !
Purple is my ABSOLUTE favorite color. Followed by blues then pinks. All three together are gorgeous and win me over every time. I love to take a teal and pink(bright) alcohol ink and put one on top, the other on the bottom of whatever project I’m doing and let them blend to make a beautiful purple in the middle. I’m random spots too. But it’s so much fun, anyway you do it. 💗🩵💜
They all turned out beautiful. I really love the turquoise. I've been thinking about trying rings. I need to get the supplies and equipment. That may take some time. Ive seen some pretty rings ,ad by others as well. Thanks Michelle. 😊❤
I love the rings I wish I could do something like that but I don't think I would be able to because of the fact I am legally blind but I still do a lot of stuff I hope your video help me because I wanna try it keep your videos coming because I love every one of them thank you
These are SO beautiful! Thank you for demystifying this process for me! I have had the supplies to do this for quite a while but was just so daunted! Will be making these at last thanks to you!
I cant’t believe I check in here and found you just did this video!! I know you did one a little while ago and I tried today to make one. I’m not happy with it but now I can watch this video and see what I did wrong, LOL. How strange is that. Edit to add it wasn’t me! The gel I had was too thick, lol.
One maker winds the tape on the rod in descending thickness so it accommodates rings of various sizes, and you can even do two or three at a time if you are that quick and coordinated. I would definitely have to stick with one!
Oh no! Don’t give up, just drop one drip at a time. At least they are cheap and your not wasting much. I have stripped one down and started over once as well. Use acetone to strip it down.
Those are so pretty I haven’t done rings yet but I ordered some rings from Temu. I can’t wait to try them. Thanks for the tutorial on the rings. They do look very easy to do. I ordered the ring sizer too I thought I could put that in my tumbler handle and it would fit the actual ring size but watching your video I may not have needed it, but my ring size is only 5/6 so don’t think they would fit on my turner arm which is 3/4 “ 😊
If you end up finding at least a single turner you can do rings and tumblers! Amazon has a great starter pack fairly inexpensive! Let me know if you want the link.
Beautiful ❤❤ these are gorgeous can you do it with out a tumbler Turner mine come out lumpy cause I have to do it manually is there something else I could use Michelle please xxx
Hello... Ill start by saying nice job and the tutorial was easy and simple to follow which i do appreciate so much. I only have 1 question. Being that's not actual silver is there anything that can be used so that the color won't change and give you the all dreaded green finger?
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 Ah beaytiful thanx so much for the response that makes me feel so much more confident if i do decide to make these for sale. See i live in Puerto Rico where it gets very hot and in the past it did not go to well when i sold jewelry i made but this really helps Thank you so much for the feed back.
This is a wonderful tutorial!! I am learning a LOT about resin and channel rings, looking forward to trying this technique. Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us
Question - Does it have to be UV gel polish? Or could I paint normal polish and then just UV resin over the top? THe reason i ask is that i have a TON of polishes from water marbling and would love to be able to use them up.
I don’t think normal polish will work but I think you should try a small piece. Maybe if you let it dry first you’d have a better chance at it working.
Michelle I watched your ring video, which Temu chameleon blue mica powder and the glitter nail polish did you use, could you PM me please, I love your rings and I have blanks waiting to do
Beautiful Michelle. Thank you so much for sharing going back and watching a few of your older videos.❤❤❤❤
My husband would have wanted one in every color!!

Thanks!😊

I’m not sure I haven’t tried any other way. There’s a nice beginner set up on Amazon for approximately $25. I can send a link if you want.
Michelle have you ever done one in opal I would love to see one in a pale pink or blue opal as opal is my birthstone these are awesome love the

Oh they are soo beautiful. Start now with rings and UV Resin, and still dont figure out, how you turn your rings. Could you show this please? ❤
I use the tumbler turner to do my rings

I only have 1 question. Being that's not actual silver is there anything that can be used so that the color won't change and give you the all dreaded green finger?
They are stainless steel and no one has ever complained about that. I wear mine all the time as well with no issues 👍
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 Ah beaytiful thanx so much for the response that makes me feel so much more confident if i do decide to make these for sale. Amazon and also Temu

Love these rings. Have you ever done any rings without the cup turner?
No I haven’t ☹️
Love it, where do you get the blanks
They are linked in the description box
Hi, Just wondering if you ever made these rings with memorial ashes? Thinking I want to make my friend one
I haven’t, but I have done pendants here : th-cam.com/video/ChIDnATHJoI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=8ESKkBAhGg1U6Q1j
Where do you get the metal rings that your covering in the resin ?
Usually Amazon, they should be linked in the description box
These are gorgeous, if I don’t have a rotating machine how could I make one of these?
I'm not sure, but they are pretty inexpensive on amazon for a single one.
Hello. What kind of part is that where you put the rings on? so the automatic scooter
Here is the link to my turner amzn.to/3NlJetD
Beautifull. Can u pls tell me where to get that ring base
I get my ring blanks from Amazon and Temu
I need to make these
You’ll be hooked!! I’ve kept about 15 of them so far 😁
You mentioned heat. Once they’re cured can you not wear them in a hot, sunny environment?
Once cured no problem, don’t add heat before curing or it will all fall off the ring blank like water.
Do you know if there are any higher quality gold blanks?
I haven’t looked but I’m sure jewelry suppliers would have them.
Where do you get the ring blanks? Love this!!!!
amzn.to/43MuVVW
How well do they sell? They’re are all awesome.
I don’t usually sell at markets or fairs so I’m not sure. I sold about a dozen to friends though
What kind of turner did u use for ur ring thanks
The one is have is discontinued but here’s a single that is the same brand amzn.to/4cPHGTV
Wonder how works for thinner blanks? I got both coming
I have thinner ones as well, same way! Nothing different just less drops of resin inside. 👍
I'm just wondering can you do like a rainbow color one I love pastel colors
Good question! I’m not sure if it would all blend into a brown or not!
Hi, do you clean and add anything to the rings before you put anything on them?
Nothing special just wipe with alcohol first.
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1
Thank you, I’m going to try making one!
What is the device you are using to turn the rings on?
Any tumbler turner would work. You can get a single arm fairly inexpensive.
If you don’t have a tumbler turner what can you use? Asking for a friend, lol.
I’m not exactly sure, I haven’t seen it done any other way 😑
They are very beautiful. Do you sell them? What do you price them at?
For custom size and color $10
Where would you find the ring blanks
I get them both from Amazon and Temu
I wonder if the finger nail decorations would fit in these rings?
These are tiny channels. I broke up nail abalone shell for an inlay on a video though.
how can you achieve this without a turner like your have? or is it even possible?
I'm not sure you can do it without a turner
What is the thing u have it on that's turning ring
A Tumbler turner
What is the name of the tool that spins the rings?
