I just love the ring they are beautiful I made some over the weekend they come out real good everybody wants him. I have my shells coming in soon and marine bags. I’m get a little better at it it’s kind of backwards because I’m left-handed so I I just love love to watch you and I said you do a great fantastic job beautiful.❤❤

Hi Michelle... I also watched Daniel. I was going to mention that I used a silver band and put black polish on first and then glued down my abalone pieces before clear resin on top. I haven't used my opal yet so it was nice to see. Your work is always beautiful!!!

These are SO pretty! I’ve been searching with no avail to find blanks for my husband. His ring finger is a size 15! We always have to order his custom. So frustrating! Maybe this week I’ll quit procrastinating and attempt a UV piece. I did A-B resin 10-12 years ago, but never UV. We unexpectedly lost our 10 year old German Shepherd on 5/30/23 and I want to make his “sister” (my Yorkie) a charm to go on her “necklace” that has his ashes in it. That’s what brought me to this realm of TH-cam. The few videos I’ve seen with ashes, people are using a mortar to further crush the ashes and honestly, the thought of that makes me severely ill. I can’t even look at the bag that contains everything that was returned with his cremains- how in the world will I be able to do this?! I miss him so much and my heart is broken 😢
I’m so sorry I’ve lost many animals as well and have put off using their ashes in a piece as well. I still haven’t even a plan because it breaks my heart. That’s a really good idea though! Keep planning and start playing around with resin and get the piece done well first so you don’t have to redo it correcting any mistakes before you do the real one. As far as the ring blank I’m not sure!! That’s a hard one I’ve only seen up to size 12 on Temu and Amazon. You got this! ☺️

No even a partial cure was way to much unfortunately ☹️

This is great - I’ve got the shell and waiting for more blanks. To clarify if using black, do you suggest putting a thin layer down and putting the shell in that? Like you did with the blue one.
Yes I absolutely do! Very thin layer first, then she’ll then clear. It was much easier and less clean up. 😊

Any suggestion on how to change the rod size on my turner. Mine is to big to to smaller size rings. Can only do size 11 and 12
Or wow!! Maybe you can get a smaller size at the hardware store? Bring one in and show them, our Lowes and Home Depot usually have solutions for us when we’re not sure. That must be a heavy duty turner!

Your tumbler is no longer available, but I don’t make tumblers it would just be for rings. Which one would you suggest for smaller rings? 5/6-8/9?
amzn.to/3vwdkF2 this is a good single one to try. No need for 4 turners when you’re not making tumblers. Just add or remove tape to get the rings to fit snugly on the arm.
are the rings big sellers regarding jewelry? Are there higher end blanks?
