    That’s the reason why I call you
    the MASTER, plain and simple. I’m literally blown away, and I truly mean it. When you took the 88-98 wiper cowl and converted it into a fiberglass MASTERPIECE, I was, not only jealous, I wish I was capable of making mine like yours. Before that, you took a vinyl dashboard and you turned it into another fiberglass MASTERPIECE, not to mention them door panels I saw you make. If I remember correctly, the door panels were for the red Oldsmobile Cutlass… and now, this? Master, you really are the man. It’s impressive as heck and I’m proud of you, and glad I found you. It’s like Jesus’s hands at work, performing a miracle. SMFH. Thank you.

    Just a little trick I use...when you have bigger holes like in the front windshield frame , I use tuff stuff its a insulation foam that swells up and hardens (you can buy it in a aerosol can). You spray it in the holes, let it harden, shape it with a angle grinder and then apply fiber glass on top of it. It holds your fiberglass in place and seals up the area underneath it.

    • @yonseth788
      @yonseth788 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there what’s the exact name of the can?

    • @dhorn247
      @dhorn247 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yeah a little trick to Jerry rig a vehicle to send it down thw road and screw someone over. Never use any spray foam to fill holes, it will just absorb moisture and rust out quick as hell

    • @erautosales4997
      @erautosales4997 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      i did it to my cab corner on a s 10...it lasted for several years until I sold the truck. The foam hardens...it's not soft...it works well but there is always some a hole with a butt head comment.

    Big fan bro huge fan. Been checking out your work for a while now. It’s obvious you had some professional training. I would like to know where if you don’t mind me asking. I’m a UTI graduate of Houston TX myself. Not knocking anything you do at all but I learned that metal and fiber glass touching would cause galvanic corrosion like metal and aluminum would. Is there something you’re doing specifically to prevent that or was I taught wrong and that’s just not so? I haven’t started playing with fiber glass yet but I plan to. It would be nice to know what substrates I can get away with using it on.

      I never had a problem with it myself. I went to trade school back in 1997
