Thanx for uploading this. Great edit by the way to film the full work out and create a couple of episodes out of the footage. We appreciate the technical side of these productions.🎉
One of the funniest, lovable and strongest mile squad on the planet! the slowest miler on the squad (based on their PBs) is a world champion as Ritz said on another interview.
I’ve been seeing the term “threshold” and “double threshold” thrown around way too much to describe workouts that aren’t completed in an athlete’s lactate threshold zone. It is refreshing to see the On squad doing 5:00 pace for threshold and the maturity of Beamish to hold back on the last mile and hit the correct pace even when there are cameras around.
This workout was already difficult before the 1600m tempo runs. But now add on the fact that they are training in Colorado with this workout is impressive.
@@andrewsmith3037 This is the same session as Josette Andrews’ workout uploaded a few weeks ago, so it’s right before the first weekend of the Olympic Trials.
they make 5 min mile pace look unbelievably pedestrian
Cancelled all night plans, I will be seated
George's form is so nice
This crew is hilarious. Would be funny to have jingy as an occasional guest
18:50 Gordon literally putting in that blood, sweat, and tears for the content!

Yared is a beautiful gazelle, he is so graceful. Sometimes, it's hard to tell how fast he's going because dude is smooth.

beamish looks so smooth
13:31 "Yared's barely alive"

What is the difficult of Colorado?
Colorado is a state at pretty high altitude. This workout was probably at close to 6000ft
@@samueljackson479 I moved from Minnesota to Colorado. Training for my 1st marathon. I think the elevation is helping me
Yared, now it is time for you to grab a medal 🥇! The talent is there to get a bronze or silver or even gold! Good luck 🍀👍
He got bronzeee
TBH, Morgan's was funnier, but he also had a lot more time to talk. Keep it up and let's go OAC!
Yared is such a nerd, the type that do well in life. I hope we see his mean side for the Olympics.
Thanks for sharing the training 👍
Would be nice to have the date the workout was filmed in the bio at least, just for us nerds who want to get a gauge on timelines, etc.
It literally looks nuguse is jogging the 200 reps.
ngusiye bring it home for us!!🙏
Why is mario Garcia not with them
Farken always drops 23 last 200s
I’m guessing this was filmed at the time of Spanish Champs

@@fishflake1209ah ok
Farken not a threat lol
Gordon seems to have a lot of falls/collisions
nothing better than 24x200
Notification: you're due a cash refund
Yared’s legs are like silly string lol
are those black things a timing system similar to freelap?
how do their hats stay on? whenever i do workouts it tends to fly off😭
This is in Boulder so at some altitude. I assume they’d run slightly faster at sea level
Not for 200s
I wish I could run that fast.
Upload some great workout videos on hill and fartlek
can someone explain the ear measuring thing and how it works thank youuu
Blood samples, measuring blood lactate levels directly with device.
@@williampatrick8814 you mean jingy ?
This is steeplechase????
Roger Hoare
those fricking shoes why
Is Beamish the fastest in this group? I always thought it would be Yared.
His top end speed is crazy
What lactate meter are they using?
What does he mean by grabbing a number?
I think he was talking about lactate numbers, he was taking small blood samples from their ears.
Surely Yared can find a smaller pair of shorts 🩳
Do they share needles?
Was really hoping Yared would drop a 23pt 200 in one of the thresholds while showboating
Solid workout , looks like a possible Silver or Bronze for these guys at the Olympics .... since Jacob will win Gold :)
Unfortunately prob the case.
Kerr thinks otherwise!
@@seatownfan lol
And the winner is: Jakob Ingebrigtsen 🤩
Who now?
bronze!
They ripped something silly today, eh mate?
