Back when I was in HS, we had a basketball coach that was a former NFL player decades ago. Nobody wanted to take the coaching job for our track & and field team, so he happily accepted the job. Before the start of the season, he would have us doing these running exercises on the field, and a lot of the guys/girls were complaining that they weren't getting enough training with their specialized events. Seeing the pros doing these same exercises makes so much sense to me now. Coach Young knew exactly what he was doing 🤦🏾♂

Yeah he inspired me to get back into athletics and do track, seeing a fellow artist with a chronic illness push past those hardships and express themself out there gave me extreme strength! I love this man for that!!
Thank you to you Noah and your coach and training partners for sharing this. Some kids can’t afford coaching so it comes down to us parents to help them for now. Thank you
Go, Junelle!!! Happy to see you training after a season filled with triump (making it to Paris) and emotional turmoil. Noah, thank you for inviting us into your world. Nothing but love from Jamaica!
Hey, Noah! I thoroughly enjoyed watching and taking in everything on this video. I did what you said at the end of the video and tried to do what you did. I am 12 years old. I started with the warmups, watching your other video, and added some of my own stretches. I did my own 10m explosive starts of some blocks, btw this is all in my small backyard. I did 4 100m’s, using 10m cones. Did 2 300m’s, and 2 200m’s. After that I did 5 hill sprints, but added one more so I could improve. Always do one more, that is when you improve. Thanks, Noah, I’m hoping more videos like this come out soon, good luck everyone else!
