so it looks like with the updated power dashes they've made them slightly easier to clean the brush area... the first gen one is the worst when it comes to trying to clean it. Edit: about the heated cleaning. It's not heating the water... it's blowing hot air from the motor directed onto the carpet... that's what they mean by that. And it actually does help dry the carpet somewhat if you go slowly
My advanced arrived today. Read all the literature and the mat was not listed, but I have it. Had to watch your vid to find out it's for parking😅. Glad it wasn't for some kind of cleaning gymnastics. Thank you.

Please help I love the way it cleans. I’m the problem, I took out the red filter screen. To clean it, now I can’t get it to snap back in. Can anyone advise me on how to fix it. I’ve been trying off and on for 2 weeks now.
I have the hoover power dash pet ; worked great until I had to clean / replace the belt ..now the belt starts to slide off and grinds ( smells like burnt rubber) have no idea how it happened; have recept but can't take it back cuz the scanner bars & # are somewhat gone
Hi I have watched this video and I purchased the small blue Hoover cleaner and the dirty water tank doesn't snap In to keep it secure while use. What do I do? or do you think it's a broken one ? I just bought it and put it together and the tank wobbles while sitting in its position. ?
I purchased the Advanced carpet cleaner but the red filter screen with the gasket to the dirty water tank is missing. I found a red basket screen for the regular powerdash on ebay. Will it also fit the Advanced cleaner?
I bought the power dash pet unit about a year ago, I've used it 3x. Just last week I prepared it to clean and it didn't turn on. I'm so disappointed; I'm a female and I don't mind breaking it down to get it going for whatever reason. Since then it has never worked. I did some research to troubleshoot it on my own to no avail . If I can't figure it out my only option is to trash it. Any suggestions? Is it possible I might have an issue with the pedal power (red power on). I'm not looking forward to disassembling it again.

Same mine broke wasn’t the belt either.
