100% on the history and heritage. Love the history, heritage and the style. As with all motorcycling history. Respect it by keeping it truthful and pure. Then enjoy it. Well done.
Wonderfully made vdo, no loud music, great commentary AND a wonderful build. Loved, subbd and enjoyed watching this !! Use her in good health. Respects to your wife too... Love from India 🙏🏼
Beautiful bike 🔥🩷. I Love how you transformed the original design to a vicla. And thanks for explaining the history of the vicla. I sold my Street Glide this year and bought a 2022 Heritage 114. I’m in the process of making into a vicla. Bought a set of DNA front 21” and 18”rear wheels. I recently pulled the plug on 36’s Samson fishtails
great content , heritage and deluxe models are by far the best looking Harleys to date . owner of a 04 heritage vilcla style and from The Bronx as well . keep up the good work ...
Thanks Richie for sharing good info. Well done job, I also saw your video on the touring bike. I'm in PR, riding mostly mountain twisties with both of my bikes, a 2005 xl1200c and a 2012 switchback. I do oil changes and some light mechanical myself, but for the lack of space and appropriate tools must rely on shops for more involving jobs. Keep inspiring riders, my respect to you!!
Hi I am from Slovakia which is in central Europe and I have heritage softail in vicla style. Shame I cant post picture here. Have a nice day man good video
Nice job Richie. I used to do a lot of mods on my bikes. I used to think, this is a keeper. But it never turns out that way for me. So now I keep the mods to practical and functional things only. But I sure do enjoy seeing these works of art.
Have a 2003 numbered paint softail low rider. Have not made a video yet but will get around to it. Shout shock air ride DNA mamoth apok 23front 18 rear carlini menice 18' thick apes , front hwy bars factory 47. Just added a recluse cluch and upgreaded the onl 88 to 100 inch. NC Viclas. great video.
Thanks big bro for the historical details, cultural references etc. I also don’t use “cholo” and think “vicla” instead is the better moniker. Bike turned out real nice 👍🏽

The rolled blanket is an old school tradition, I guess you can say. Back in the day it was carried for if you had to camp at the side of the road. Today it's just for looks.
@bronxbrosmotorcycles I think you did buy one of the last ones. I've had that one on Amazon on my "wishlist" for years now. I'll let you know if I do ever find them.
Beautiful bike. I have a few bikes but not a Vicla. I love that style and it's calling me. I've been trying to decide between starting with a softail or a rk. I like the look of the softail but the rk has bags.
I grew up in the car and bike scene. In the '70s, hot rods (pre 1948) and choppers were predominant whites and blacks. Lowriders and viclas were predominant Mexicans and Hispanics with very little whites or blacks. That's the history of it. That's not saying that now it's only that way. Things change, and people learn to like different things. I'm an old white guy who grew up in the hood in Houston, Texas. The hardest part that I'm having building my 2017 Heritage soft tail is my wife. She's money smart so she like, "We need to spend that money elsewhere." Nice bike, Sir.
I always knew these as Cholo's my problem is all these guys taking and installing bolt on parts and calling them that. If it doesn't have some metal engraving and custom paint, I don't consider it a cholo. My east coast style which i did back in 2010 was with a Fat Boy Lo and I did a rat rod look with a bunch of custom-made parts by me. I have moved on from this style and now do Sportster Adventure bikes.
There are different levels of these. I don't think I'll have engraving, but paint is in my future. Engraving, though beautiful is outrageously priced. Where do you ride the sportsters? I have an 1150 GS, I've ridden in the blue Ridge Mountains, but it's a 4 hour ride there.
@@bronxbrosmotorcycles My 2016 Heritage is my touring bike, and my 1999 Sportster 1200 was a Custom but now has 14" rear shocks and long travel front end. I'm in western PA and take rte. 6 all the way to Pocono's and Catskills. I go to Blackthorne every fall it's a good old fashion bike event.
With all due respect I’m as white as a saltine… I don’t know why you make the point that this is a “Chicano” thing when in fact it’s just a “classy” thing which is universally understood… I too have and love the heritage and the style I see your adding to it… you’re style is awesome… why do you think this is a “Chicano” style(?)… I got news to you… this is classy and an every person who appreciates class thing.
My point was simply point out the history, where it started. Not everyone knows how this style started. Just like the chopper and the big wheel bagger everything has a beginning. As I stated in the video, it is loved worldwide. No offense taken. Just trying to enlighten people and share information. Thanks for watching ✌🏽
@jasonmiller7769 just cus you say with all do respect don’t mean you can come off like a jack ass I’m all gringo myself and that style is all Chicano by Mexicans with class with Chicano twist
@@brandonbodenhamer1219 you can be all gringo… I’m all American… I appreciate the bike’s style… I’m old enough to tell you that the style is not new… Ape Hangers, Fish Tail Exhausts, and White Walls on an FL has been going on for 60+ years… it lost fad for a while until the “chicanos” brought it back… but with “all due respect” they didn’t invent it.

i've been a big Vicla fan since I first saw one. They are rolling art.

I’m on instagram and Facebook. I don’t do TH-cam videos I just watch motorcycle videos
Cool, send me your name on ig
watching this video has made me reconsider changing a softail from standard.

Love what you have done with the bike so far. Where did you get that rear turn signal bar? I've been searching for years now for that one.
Hey brother.
Unfortunately I don't believe they are available, just like the front.
It's called
V bar, by V twin manufacturing.
I bought it back when I first started on the bike, January 2020.
I had a hard time finding it. I believe I might have purchased one of the last ones.
I still have ut on my Amazon wish list, but it says unavailable.
