Very tough on the outside.. very talented and intelligent. Very weak inside. Too caring about others.. needs to love oneself before you can love others

He's not talking down, he's offering the love of insightful criticism that any true friend or family should prescribe for someone to be able to grow. The more we love someone the more we should be able to sacrifice our own connection to them by laying out compassionate critique and hoping they can grow and come back to us.

Sheep, goats and the lamb. I am the lamb. Perception people. Money is grain and cattle eat grain. Ask urselfs who is the farmer of thst grain. SOME PEOPLE SEE THE SHEEPARD OF THAT PERCEPTION EVERYONES IS FOLLOWING IN WHICH TGEY DO NOT WANT TO FOLLOW

True intelligence isolates you from the connection to humanity we all seek. Aiming for the stars failing and landing on the moon, is still an isolating destination that distances you from the touch of other human lives we all need.
Being a succesful actor is to arrest your development and reside in the placating existence that mirrors the positive attributes those who raised you can feel pride in and the physical youthfulness that everyone can find attractive. To age or grow weak, demonstrate dysfunctional behaviors that call into question anyone's own eternity or influence is unpalatable and most importantly unprofitable.
Men's power and legacy is determined by their power to procreate. By their marriage or physical association to unfertile women they sacrifice their guaranteed power through propagation and must rely on the continued power of the thoughtful education and instruction they gave their already created offspring.
However, because of the nuclear nature of family in our society, the balance between ensuring financial success and raising well-balanced offspring often falls towards men dedicating more time and focus to their business endeavors, latter life neccesitates another round of possible legacy production in which they can fix their past wrongs before they die.

Nah, you just keep convincing yourself that your breeding impulses/uncontrolled inevitability are somehow for a higher good- most people become miserable once they have kids

How incredibly insightful to compare it to a human zoo. That the actions and life of The Ringling Brothers were never brought into question during their lifetime whenever an animal of their employment/ownership deviated from entertainment into aggression.

I'm not a fan, and I have a miniscule amount of sympathy for celebrities of any kind, but that one paparazzo that was taunting him was worthy of receiving a knuckle sandwich!

Reminds me of the Chris Rock sketch discussing how NBA players are rich. The men who sign their checks are wealthy. Yet, I wonder with the acknowledged benefit of their anonymity how many of the same studio execs who benefitted from LeBeoufs own performance also contributed to his dysfunction by engaging in illicit commerce with his father or those like him?

Same, same, same, same. Encouraged his behavior, no. Understood and rooted for his conquering its motivations, yes.

Hopefully not just because of his dysfunction but because of your insight into what causes it and the hope he can grow beyond it. Neither of which you can control. We can't fix broken men or heal serial killers, but we can champion their backstories by stopping their repetition.
