I stared using this moisturizer after your Cerave collection video and it is amazing for my skin. I have combo skin, really oily in my t zone, and this is incredible for my skin. You have such amazing recommendations. Thank you so much.
okurr I am using the Cerave daily moisturizing lotion nor but before I was using the neutrogena hydro boost gel cream. Both great but I prefer the cerave one because of how many amazing products are in it.
This is an essential part of my skincare routine now - pretty much ditched my Drunk Elephant moisturizer because of this lotion! I have never experienced irritation or burning from this brand but have from Cetaphil products. My daughters and I use several Cerave products due to your recommendations/reviews and love them all😊
Nothing else makes my skin look or feel as smooth and nice as this lotion. I have texture issues from larger pores, some acne scarring, and fine lines that come with being 25+ and this helps my makeup go on so much better.
I finally got to see my sister after all this time and she said, "your skins glowing, your face looks so good no breakout etc how do you do that?" I might have to try this!!!! The only reason why I say might is because even though it is cheap It is still kind of expensive for me right now lol I have oily skin so this would be good to try!!!! Thank you!!!! Trish
I think the reason cerave burns some people is that their products (including lotion) are low pH. That's a good thing but if your skin is sensitive them the acidity can sting
I used the cerave moisturizing cream for at least 2 weeks no problems and then I wore makeup and a certain makeup product made my eyelids burn ever since I cannot put the moisturizing cream by my eyes.
I think it’s the hyaluronic acid that causes some burning for me. I know maybe it’s not known to cause irritation however I think because it’s in so many products we use..it becomes a lot. Beyond that James Welch did a video on hyaluronic acid which caused issues for him too. Agreed...my go to is Vanicream. I do enjoy Cerave on my body though.

I'd have to agree with the statement on irritation from hyaluronic acid. In the beginning of using it, i felt it wasn't going to work well for me. The Neutrogena gel product with hyaluronic acid was being combined with a Neutrogena heavy moisturizer that had fragrance. The combo was irritating. I needed to stop using one of the creams (btw very recommended as the best option for all skin types) as my skin was more and more dry and irritated with redness. 3 times NO to ceramides.
It's really greasy on my skin but it doesn't feels heavy. Idk if i should continue this lotion cos i already bought the big bottle 😐😐
Same! It’s so greasy and I broke out more than I ever have before. I bought the big bottle too and I’m so sad.
Use less.
I HAVE A QUESTION. YES 1 YEAR LATER. WHAT DOES IT SMELL LIKE !!
I have a question I don't know if the lotion is good for my skin. I have pimples and lots of Akne scars, but my skin is very very dry. I know the lotion doesn't help against pimples but I need a moisturiser because of my very dry skin but here is the question will I get a breakout? Had anyone with pimles or Akne tried this lotion : what was your result ?
Ive tried this one, i have acne prone sensitive skin but this Lotion did not work for my face :( BUUUTTT the HYDRATING CLEANSER is my holy grail !!!
What moisturizer would you recommend for oily skin, that has the antioxidants as well as the good ingredientes in this? Btw I just subscribed, great content!! :)
This one is great for oily skin & so is their PM version 😊
@@AbbeyYung yes thank you but the writing dry to very dry skin, makes people with oily skin to run away
I have very oily skin and even though this lotion is more for dry skin it doesn’t make my skin any more oily and it absorbs in quickly!
Abbey!, I brought this product and applied this
And it’s my 3 day and I got small dots all over my forehead and checks also some small dots too . 😭😭😭 what to do now

okay so i know i‘m a little bit late but i‘m using the cerave moisturizing lotion with the ordinary niacinamide. is it normal that my cheeks get a little bit red after applying the moisturizer? i‘m so insecure because it’s only on my cheeks but i‘m not sure if i should keep using it. thanks for help :))
Hey same. After i use it, my cheeks turn pink and sometimes my forehead too 😂 idk if that’s bcuz of it or just me
I love vanicream too !!

Could you do a video about the Cerave serums I’m curious about buying them
Yes!
Thank you, I really appreciate it!
So what is some moisturizers that have amazing moisturizing ingredients AND antioxidants? And affordable as well? 🙏🏼
I rely on serums for my antioxidants!
I like your all Video 💝. I Want to know, whice is better for dank Spot??
Thank you! ♥️ their PM lotion is better for dark spots
Abbey Yung thank you for your ans🙃
I have a combo skin, its dry on my cheeks and around my lips, but its a little oily on my T zone, and its also a little sensitive. I have blackheads and i breakout (whiteheads, pimples) so I'm not sure is this lotion good for my face or i should purchase another one?
Omg same this is literally how my skin is ,and I’m just not sure if I should buy it or not

I have oily skin face which lotion should I use for cerave.
Thoughts on CeraVe Baby Lotion?
wait, what about the alcohol? you didn’t talk about that one
You say ther'e no potential irritants but parabens can be. Not sure why you mention parabens but say there's no irritants...to you maybe. Thought this was a good video until that sentence.
It has parabens not sure why she’s not mentioning in this video
@@Pikaboo111 maybe she doesn't know. There are so many people posting who aren't qualified to do so. They need to be clear that they are just using a product or if they are a professional.
Abbey I have dry skin and have started using some of their products thanks to you. You do an amazing job at explaining the ingredients and how they work. Thank you beautiful. Lots of love to you ❤
I’m so glad to hear that 😊♥️
Great video and review keep them coming 👍👍👍
I really love your videos!! And your hair is gorgeous xx
is it recommended for sensitive skin?
why on my skin after a few minutes it’s feeling like my skin is dehydrated? it does feel the same for someone?
yes!! i have to put more on it's annoying :(
@@jasminemurphy1409 i don't know why but i think this product it's not for us... i love the la roche posay toleriane fluid
yes! i get dry patches of skin that feel tight, and my face starts peeling. it’s making me very discolored. it kinda burns idk what else to do!! ):
mads bananas wow i didn’t except that for discoloration! maybe try la roche posay or tolériane or even the Vanicream lotion ?
@@thomasbiew9359 honestly after i apply a few layers it feels like a normal moisturizer! maybe our skin just need more!
Could I use the cerave foaming facial cleanser, after that the vitamin c serum by wish trend and then this cerave lotion? Or is that too much
Okay so I have combination skin and in my country I can only find the one for dry to very dry skin. Can I use that one for my combination skin?
Hi Abbey! I've been using this but I'm wondering if the dry to very very dry variant is also good for oily skin. It retails a little bit cheap compared to the normal to dry from where i live and I'm broke 😢😂
Up to personal preference! I lean oily and don't love the moisturizing cream but everyone is different
What do u think of the bath body lotions for the body ?do they really wrk ?
Hi , that’s why when I used ordinary niacinamide 10%+zinc1% with daily moisturizing lotion I feeling itchy on the skin? It’s okie or not, I mean it’s no problems?!
Can anyone tell me if the daily moisturizing lotion and moisturizing lotion are the same? I am so confused🥴❤️
Me too.
The moisturizing lotions (the A.M. & P.M.) both have niacinimide. The Daily Moisturizing lotion does not have niacinimide but still has the 3 ceramides and the AHA. I believe that is the only difference.
Hey! I was wondering am i able to layer this on top of another moisturizer? For example the versed dew point gel cream? Thank you!
Definitely!
Abbey Yung oh goodness thank you so much 💕
is it occlusive enough to prevent TEWL?
This is my new go to face moisturizer , love everything about it!!💯🐐
so good!
I love your video, but I have a question does it get rid of redness on face?
so glad! I wouldn't be able to predict how your skin will respond
What is the difference between this one and the PM lotion? Which one is best for combination oily acne prone skin?
I’ll do a video on the PM lotion!
Hi!I was wondering how we apply this?I know we apply it on your face, but do we wash it out after we put it on?
Apply after cleanser & serums and leave on the skin!
I need help! So right now i’m using Nizoral for my fungal acne recommended by Skincare Hyram but i’m not sure which moisturizer to use after i’m done using the nizoral ! My skin is a combination of oily and a little bit dry. Which do you recommend, The cream or lotion?
That cream may be too heavy for your skin if you have acne, but I unfortunately can’t predict how your skin will respond!
Abbey Yung Okay! Thank you tho!!
I want to ask that plz tell me this is good for ((simple acne prone skin . I dnt ve acne but my skin type is sensitive too little bit
everyone's skin responds differently but there are no irritants in this product!
Why you don’t mention paraben ?
I just got it at Walmart and I’m in love 😍
Best feeling 😍
I have allergic skin.which moisturizer should I use?
Ok so am brown skin an I try this for a month on my face I start getting small pimples is that normal?
You’re so pretty!
Thank you so much 😊
This lotion did not work for my face :( so im repurposing mine as body lotion, BUT the CERAVE HYDRATING CLEANSER is my holy grail !!! ❤️
Great idea to use for the body!
