    Few things that Brent did not mention in this video. Mine was by far the least HP car in the shop that day and probably the low end of money being spent by the looks of some. (1,000 HP on one!) But it still got the same professional service and attention. Right in the middle of the service I decided to have them install a new clutch due to the increase in HP and age of the current one. George got the part in the next day, had it installed and still did everything to make the original deadline. We had to wait a bit when arriving for pickup until the mechanic was done completing his checklist and ensuring everything was perfect. I got a detailed explanation of the upgrade, how to service, what to expect and basic trouble shooting. The only bad thing was we did not get a chance to meet Brent.

      I hope, I am in them almost every day lol. I like that I get to drive 3 valves as well as the newest coyotes. 3 Valves are still awesome. Thanks!

      Brenspeed so many people crap on the 3V. As an owner of one slightly modded and tuned I think that it’s a great engine and that it sounds fantastic. I’m not sure why people crap on the 3V so much. In stock form they can feel sluggish but with some bolt-ons and tuning they are pretty good, plenty of power for the street in my opinion. I see so many people online say that they are slow AF. With some bolt-ons and tuning it is sub 5 second 0-60! That’s not slow by any means and in the 80s there were Lamborghini’s that were 5 second cars 0-60!

      Newfie-Dean It’s just bc people are spoiled with power now. The new coyotes are above 400, as are the new Camaros and Challengers/Chargers. 280 stock is a bit sluggish but still not slow.

      @@christopherbrooke2142 they have 300 stock and 315 in 2010. They also had like 320-325 torque. They aren't nearly as bad as people make them out as being. Yea they aren't as good as a coyote that doesn't make them bad. You also pay a decent bit less than you would for a coyote car so its all relative.

      @@midnight347 flywheel, yeah. These engines are harder to make power on as well. You’ll spend a lot more money to make a 3V make 700 than you would a coyote. Not to say o don’t like them, I love them. They’re just not as efficient as the coyote

    Wow nice video, Brenspeed installed my Paxton SC a couple of years ago on my 2006 GT and I couldn't have been happier. I even stayed in their guest house which my wife loved. Seeing this video wants me to add cams to bump up my HP but driving here in NYC there aren't enough roads to use the power I have now and any more would be insane. If I have any work done, it will surely go back to Brenspeed.

      No Jose, the car has over 90,000 miles on it. Not quite a daily driver but it does get out and driven during the week and to shows on weekends.

    Could the owner have chosen a worst side stripe, lol! That looks way too tacky for me, he/she needs a set of Shelby style side stripes if they are into stripes.

    Brent- thanks for not forgetting the 3v 4.6... Though clearly it’s no 5.0, they are still a great mill. I was in years ago for Detroit Rockers and deletes on my Bullitt.. I need to make the journey back for this kit!

    What should i do to achive these results with turbo kit - 7000 rpm 590 rwhp 470 rwtrq? Turbo kit doas not have parasitic loss so trq can be pushed higher i guess.

      Sorry I am not a big turbo guy and 7000 rpm guy. I would suggest if you love turbo's find somebody that does a ton of them on the 3V. Go with what they say if they have done it a lot. THANKS for watching!

    Hello, I am currently installing this kit on my 07 that i ordered from you guys, and i cant seem to get my frpp manifold to seat right over the thermostat housing. I know this kit wasnt necessarily designed for the frpp manifold but I see a lot of frpp manifolds on the cars you do with these kits. How would I fix this?

    Can I pleeeeeease please please bring my 08 Mustang GT 3v to you after I rebuild it, I may add a cam if I can afford it idk, but I've always loved Turbo an been wanting to go with it, but I dont like how u have to have it custom dynoed an all the extra fabrications & welds I cant do.. Or I'd go with it plus I dont want over 450FtLbs of Torque like you say, and I'm ABSOLUTELY LOVING your alls Brenspeed Edelbrock eforce packages man, their bolt on, and dependability is another thing that I'm looking for!!! I want 500+HP & around 435-440ftlbs of torque..

    If I plan to get one of these in another year, could I run the supercharger Detroit Rocker cams without damage? I wanna do a lil project this fall/winter and don't wanna install cams twice haha

      Yes but heads up. With a Paxton or Vortech we run the all motor rockers because they will produce better low end and you only sacrifice maybe 2 or 3 HP at high RPM. Supercharged grind are better for TVS superchargers because they have instant boost. Either way though yes you can install now.

      Its fine, I started racing 3V back in 2006. Stock engine cars supercharged. Tons of racing, tons of testing the limits. Add to that the pure volume that we do in house, mail order, and tuning... the statistics are good. Doesn't mean there is a factory lemon out there with a weak part but or somebody puts in bad gas and has an issue.... but the statistics are good. I have seen WAY more coyote fail than 3V basically because it is so easy to make power on them being high compression a lot of people do not know when to say enough is enough. This is 2019, we started supercharging 3 Valves in late 05 or early 06... so I think that is pretty long. THANKS FOR THE COMMENT!!!! AND thanks for watching!

      Depends on cams. Rockers for example you just make idle air and idle spark adjustments via a new tune. Other cams require cam phaser adjustments which Rockers do not.
