@@joyfulrealtor I did my fact checking and she has been in Real Estate from at least 2019. This video might be old , because remember she said something about COVID!!! But she is not brand new to Real Estate, if the video is recent. Go do a google search and you'll see.

another thing she gets the listings and then what? who is teaching her about markets or how to price the house? etc etc etc, how about the listing and closing process? i believe getting the client is an easy part, the hard part is making it to closing. Last year i had a 800,000 buyer and everything failed because my brokerage didnt help me.... so this is all extremely confusing this video is not helping
