20 people per day can also include following up on leads so if you run out of numbers, try reaching out to previous contacts to see if they're in a different position than before.

You're not saving them money. You're making them more money than they'd otherwise receive going the route they're going because of the additional exposure their house is going to get (MLS + active marketing). Additional exposure = higher likelihood of multiple offers = higher sale price. You should also be gauging for pain in the initial listing appointment. More pain = higher need to sell. 3% of $300,000 = $9,000. netting $291,000 after commission payment is better than getting $250,000 for their house after they run into an experienced agent who negotiates them into oblivion on the post inspection negotiation. If they don't oblige, the agent gets their clients EMD back and now the FSBO has been on the market for an additional 15+ days on top of falling out of contract which gives a terrible impression for future offers. It's one of many things you point out to them during your listing presentation.

Its a contact As long as you fully introduced yourself and said the purpose of your call.
