I knew when I heard it 🎯 It's imperative 4 me to treat ppl the way I want 2b treated & I HATE being pressured & feeling powerless when talking to ANY1 who ultimately NEEDS me, the customer, to agree to hire them in order for them to WIN. I QUICKLY shut down on high pressure sales...#NEXT😤

I have an urgent question if you could answer: I supposed to have the settlement on my house tomorrow at 9am (I'm a fsbo). The buyer's agent sent me a text message at 7pm tonight that buyers want to have a walkthrough tomorrow at 8:15am and the title company where the settlement supposed to occur is not arround the corner, and it's during high traffic time. Is this normal? Thank you.

I don't start until 10. Has worked best for me. 8am seems too intrusive for me
If you called me at 8am I would hang up and block you immediately. Especially during the week. People are either getting for work or sleeping in.
@@amerikhan8507 exactly how I see it. 8am is way too intrusive. Gotta respect that they have places to be too.
8am calls are grotesque. The "I want to be first calling a seller" must take backseat to being a respectful person.
