I have a Canon Pixma 6320 model. The flush nozzle option isn't available in the printer preference settings tab. I tried the deep cleaning option, but my printer is still printing blank pages. Please help.
i have a canon 5320 printing blanks ,but i did a test page and i can print something on the test page ,and i did a deep clean ,did a pattern print out and it works but still prints blank when i try printing a file .have reinstall all drivers already
After I fixed the ERROR message on my MX882 by pushing internal white frames on the right all the way up ( seems like a common issue I'm having now and then), it printed blanks. After deep cleaning it readjusted and now prints fine. Thanks for the tip, totally forgot about it.

Reset my wifi, reset the setting on printer, updated drivers, performed all of the maintenance selections, every single one, even changed the ink cartridges to new ones and still blank. The alignment is set properly. The paper type is set accordingly. Nothing I have done works. Is it just time to get a new printer? Anything else I can possibly try before I throw this one out. (MX922). TIA!
@@maryamhussein7582 I didn’t ever get it to work. I got a new printer. I’m wondering if it has to do with windows updates. Because I gave it to someone who uses an older computer/ version and it worked perfectly fine for her no issues.
What could be the problem if the test print works but when I try to print out even a simple text document it prints nothing? I have all the ink cartridges installed but only the black ones have ink in them which is fine as I only print black and white documents. This has never been a problem before.
Hi @waqas Hussain. That sounds like drivers issues. Try and uninstall that printer completely, restart your machine then reinstall the printer's drivers. Let me know if that works.
The problem is your large black is clogged... When you do a test print it prints from the smaller black cartridge... I am having the same issue with mine

Same. Exactly. I think it's a driver issue. Canon's website is dreadful, but my next try will be looking for updates after uninstalling/reinstalling the printer. Mine is a different modes (MG5821), but I've heard this on two other Canon models. Did yo already find a fix?
It didn’t worked with mine. The page is still white even if the printer is able to print the control test…very weird…I tried with different devices and all of them e have the same result. Usually when this error happened and I couldn’t print directly from a file I could print the same thing from a screenshot made with the smartphone. Now even that trick doesn’t work anymore. Both my cartridges have a lot of ink and the heads and nozzles are clean
Hi @Alessandro G. That is very strange indeed . My suggestion is to uninstall the printer's drivers together with the printer's software , restart your system then reinstall them. It might just do the trick. Good luck

The better explanation from a cartridge seller is comparing cartridges with any other mechanical things which worn out with the use…so after 3-4 re-filling it seems that the extremely tiny components are no more able to work efficiently giving this kind of issue. A good tip if you need to print right away something is change the color of text of what you need to print in the darkest blue you can select. It worked greatly (even if it’s no more black) but I think the old cartridge is in somehow gone…please let me know if you find a different solution… (P.s. I found a good deal online of 2 canon cartridges at half of price….it was a scam…I also lost that money in addition of a not working printer….be careful to fraud)
Hi @891username, I would suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the printer's deriver's / software and see if it will fix your problem. Also, check your printhead, there might be residue buildup of ribbon coating or media coatings on the printhead
I bought this printer th-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 to replace an aging HP printer. It is just used for casual home printing so I don't need anything more. Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi
