    Looks to me like the M2 was really in the way. Julius was definitely holding it back as he let off multiple times when he got close. The RCF seems to be damped so well despite being 400+ lbs heavier (TE). The M2 was struggling to deal with the changing camber and elevation. You could see the M2 compressing and rebounding like crazy. He let off at around 5:29 and then started back up at 6:17. So that was at least a 47 seconds loss of time + loss of momentum. Without that, he would have easily done a 7:50 or better. Indeed he makes all RCF owners proud. With great tires, it is really a beast.

    • @thehuangbros
      @thehuangbros  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You are absolutely correct because the F had a lil oomph to give to pass him but M2 didnt yield. No good driving line since M2 was in the way.

      @@thehuangbros True. But, man the chassis/suspension difference is crazy. RCF's chassis is so rigid, it was dealing the constant change in camber and banking etc. so well while look at the M2. It is rolling around and compressing/flexing. That is with the RCF TE carrying 400+ lbs ( plus passenger). Everyone worships the M cars, but the proof is in the pudding. This is proof it is not all about the weight guys. Chassis and suspension tuning is where the magic happens.

    My brother, but now I am confused between the LEXUS IS350 2022 and the BMW G20 330i, and I am afraid because these cars are from Mercedes. They say that they do not last for more than 6 years, and I have kept the car for more than 5 years. They say that it has problems and such, but you as a user, what do you say, which one is better, Lexus? Or BMW V 1- Driving 2- Reliability 3- The comfort of the car on long roads and how well it can withstand pressure. Because I am confused about both and I am afraid about reliability and driving pleasure. Explain to me and I am sorry for the inconvenience.Could you please answer the question of car reliability? I drive fast and driving is the most important thing to me. reliability. Will the car be able to withstand his 170,000 miles on his Voc? Will it be as reliable as, say, a Lexus? I like it so much that I'm concerned about its reliability and high price . So what do you think? Is it reliable? Which one is better? In all respects, especially when it comes to reliability and driving feel, there is a LEXUS IS and a BMW G20 and how do they differ? I'm sorry for the inconvenience. thank you.

      It really did. Not damped well for such a technical track. It is bouncing like crazy and rolling/pitching like crazy while the RCF is on its tail. While trying to keep ahead of the RCF, he would have had to become more unstable in faster turns, which is why he pulled over.

    rcf is in an entire different league compared to the normal m2 in terms of price range and chassis

    • @thehuangbros

      It is but a M2 is also favored to be the more track oriented car from factory.

    • @2ZZGE100
      @2ZZGE100 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You are right in reality it shows how superior the chassis and suspension are in the RCF, but the stereotype of people always would be "RCF would be too heavy compared to small, nimble and agile, lightweight M2 with underrated engine". If people did not watch this video, that is what especially BMW fans would say, but reality shows how Lexus F division did such an amazing job at the chassis, engine and suspension that despite being 400+ lbs heavier, the suspension and chassis are handling the very technical part of the track with so much more poise and composure that the M2's suspension and chassis are bouncing all over the place that the driver could not push it anymore.

  • @RaymondLo84
    @RaymondLo84 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Now switch car and try again...

    • @2ZZGE100
      @2ZZGE100 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Switching the car has nothing to do with how the M2 was incredibly unstable. Watch it closely as it was rolling, pitching and compressing like crazy while the RCF was glued to his tail. He simply could not do anything other than let the RCF through. It is in how the suspension and chassis were tuned. RCF chassis/suspension is just better tuned for high speed, momentum/flow track with lots of camber, elevatio, banking angle changes. Not to mention, RCF is significantly faster in a straight line. BMW with its official race car driver and in ideal condition ran 7:58 in M2. This was a 7:54 lap time with an owner, with traffic, a passenger and less than ideal conditions. In ideal conditions, that was a 7:40 - 7:45 lap time. M2 was of no match for the RCF TE. Period.

    • @2ZZGE100
      @2ZZGE100 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Barely keep up? Way to go into denial (as all fan loyalists do) LOL Newsflash: in a race, it is a SLOWER car (M2, this case) with the faster RCF right behind him, had to yield to RCF as per rules to let it pass when he could not out-run it. Any rational person (and everyone does) can see, the M2 was of no match and had to move over because it was holding the RCF up. It looked bad with the chassis/suspension so unsettled and not buttoned down while bouncing up and down with the rapidly changing camber/elevation/banking etc with the RCF composed right behind him. Also, go read the M forums and you see M2 is supposed to be more hardcore track car than an M4/M3 due to its smaller size and lightweight with similar powertrains. M2 got walked by the RCF in the turns and straights. The RCF driver says "he is too slow" when he had to keep letting up. Oh and the owner ran 7:52 with traffic, with a passenger and in less than ideal weather. Go troll somewhere else.

    • @thehuangbros

      @2ZZGE100 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SSSGamerHQ So now your argument shifted. t is always nice to give some credit. It makes more than 100 HP more so what is the surprise here? It is a big, technical and fast track. I mean, look at it. It is rolling, pitching and compressing like crazy. Clearly, not damped well for such a technical track. RCF clearly has the better chassis/suspension setup for a fast momentum/flow track. RCF and RCF TE make the same amount of power with RCF TE being lighter, but has more drag due to more downforce so their straight line performance is similar. The 0 - 150 mph C&D "magazine test" numbers of RCF are a FULL 3+ SECONDS faster of 23.7 seconds vs 27.0 seconds for the M2. Barry's RCF (Huangbros) is a normal RCF with carbon/TVD and he has videos of him walking M2 from a highway roll like he said above. It is on video. He went at it many times and same result every single time like Barry said above. Also, the BMW's perfect lap time with a race car driver, is 7:58 of M2. This guy just ran a 7:54 with a passenger, traffic and with a non-pro race car driver. Even with this non-pro driver, it was a 7:40 - 7:45 lap time with no traffic, no passenger. I will be uploading my dragy GPS timer runs soon. You can clearly see me potentially cracking the 11s and trap speed of 118 - 119 mph with stage 2 intake, full exhaust, RR racing tune, throttle controller as the only mods. Maybe, it is good to give a little credit once in a while. Otherwise, I can walk the talk as you are more than welcome to bring your M2 over and I will smoke you unless you are heavily modded.
