Sir, I am JE/works at Metro Railway Kolkata.
I have been regularised on 19.03.24 on basis of MZDRTI results after completion of training.
My APAR was generated before 25 March. And filled my APAR before end date, my reporting officer forwarded it to reviewing officer.
Now the reviewing officer saying your service duration is not more than 90 days so you are not eligible for APAR assessment while my join date is 03.11.22.
Sir, Please confirm if I am eligible or not?

Sir, an Group C employee is under suspension from last two year and still under suspension. What about his APAR.
