DOPT has issued new circular regarding fixation of seniority of direct recruits and Promotees in central government joining the service/appointment in the same year in pursuance of Supreme Court judgement delivered on 19.11.2019.
It has been told in your discussion that seniority of direct recruit & promottee will be fixed by rotation if appointment is in same year. But in case promotion is ordered first and incumbent join their duties and panal of direct recruit is received later and incumbent join later accordingly within same year. How thier seniority will be fixed.

Sir rota quota ke rule se carry forward karte karte RR ke according 10% mean 4 out of 40 honi chahiye thi wo 12 ho gayi. Now 11 are qualified for typing test for promotion but only 4 candidates is fit in Roster because I cannot filled in EWS, ST, SC Row in roster. Sir, kindly clarify the point, while making the RR for any group A post how promotion from the feeder cader, deputation or direct recruitment is considered. Although we got the OM AB.14017/13/2013 of Dopt but is not very clear to decide percentage of deputation if ration of feeder cader and promotion grad is less then 2 . In my case we have total 102 post of Assistant director and 66 post of Deputy director now how must percentage of promotion from feeder cadee will be considered while making the RR.Thank u Sir 🙏
Sir , please clarify the point wherein the SC has said that seniority already fixed prior to this judgement should not be changed . I have been promoted in the year 2015 however a direct who joined in 2017 in the same post became senior to me as per old Parmar rule . Seven after judgement of SC in 2019, the already fixed seniority was not fixed and the direct recruit who joined in 2017 became senior to me and has been promoted in the next grade . Has the department not done wrong by not revising seniority post issue of this judgment in 2019. Please clarify sir 🙏

Sir, pl. clarify that 02 Asstt. joined in Feb. 2010 by DR, I was only promoted as Asst.in June 2010, post is available for promotion to next higher grade only 02 (RR is 50% promotion, 25%DR and 25% LDCE), who will senior and get promotion both DR employee or 01 DR and 01 promoter. Pl. help me sir.

sir i joined in june 2014 after LDCE exam but DR joined already in 2013. deptt did not conduct LDCE in 2013. where shall my inter se seniority be determined

Exam ke na hone se us post pe senior vyakti junior nahi ho jayega.. kyunki aap uske baad join karenge to usse junior rahenge..

मेरे mutual partner और मे दोंनो cen,1,2018 के एक ही विभाग में तथा समान पद पर,तथा अलग अलग जोन में कार्यरत है।परन्तु हम दोनो अलग अलग categary(obc, sc)से आते है तो वरीयता में क्या बदलाव होगा?
क्या हम bottom में जाएंगे या आपस मे वरीयता बदल जाएगी?

1. Sir agar offer of appointment nov 21 m issue hua ho aur koi person 3 months ka extension lekr Feb 22 m join kre to kya wo dec 21 m join krne walo se junior hoga ya as per rank uski seniority decide hogi.
2. In above case agr koi Jan 22 m promote ho Jaye to Feb 22 m join krne wala, PR se junior hga ya nh
I joined on the first day after getting the appointment letter. Will I get any benefits for promotion?? As most other candidates have joined 2 days after me. Our appointment letter was released on the same date.
