  • In the landmark case of Dev Dutt v. Union of India ( Civil Appeal no. 7631 of 2002) held that ACR /APR of the employee should be communicated to the employee and employee can represent against the ACR/ APR grading. Despite the Court Order various State Government, Universities and High Courts have not implemented this judgment in totality. This video makes an attempt to aware the employees on this issue.

    In this Video you have very well articulated the need for communication of ACRs in light of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India's landmark Dev Dutt case.
    Due to your relentless efforts on all fronts including RTI , many departments have long back started disclosing the ACRs to the employees.

    Sir actually higher authority janti hai ki court ka decision aane me bahot bahot time lagata hai. Isliye cr ma adverse marking karti hai.
    Court ka action fast ho jaye to kychh ho sakta hai

Thank you sir for your service in those states, this is really a very important issue which needs and should be addressed for the righteous development of our nation.     Sir... Mai Railway me hu Mera 2020_2021 ke APAR me good Kiya hai... Or abhi mera MACP ka hai 2021-22 or 2022_2023 very good hai.
    2020_2021 ke APAR ME 40 OUT OF 36 MARK HAI... FIR BHI GOOD KIYA HAI OR OFFICER NE Q GOOD LIKHA HAI USKA REEMARK BHI NAHI DALA HAI....

      Allmost all organisation do not intimate to class 3 4 employees they must be provided to fill the self appraisal form

      Jai Hind Sir. My self JE of BRO. My ACR during 2009-10 is Good, but Integrity doubtful mentioned in ACR based on CBI case. During 2021 Ihave been acquitted by trial court from corruption charges, but CBI filed an appeal in highcourt. Am i eligible for provisional promotion based on trial court judgement and can i request my authorities for correction of dobtful integrity in ACRs. Rest all my ACRs are either Outstanding or Very good and integrity is beyond doubt.

      In tamilnadu government most of the department dont communicate acr to concerned employees as required by the supreme court order
