Beneficiaries should apply for renewal of plastic cards 3 months from the date of expiry of existing card.
Humne apne father ka pensioner cghs apply kiya online, hard copies with all documents humne by speed post bheji chandigarh additional director ke address par. but 15 din ho gye humko koi sms ya email bhi nhi aaya. Na unke contact numbers kaam karte hain.

No, you can't. Because he will not be considered your dependent, as his pension will be over 9000 per month.
