यदि किसी रेलवे कर्मचारी की “withholding of 3 year INCREMENT WITHOUT FUTURE EFFECT.” पेनाल्टी चाल रही है और इसी समय में उसका प्रमोशन 1800 से 1900 ग्रेड के लिए आ जाए, परंतु पनाल्टी के कारण उसे 1900 grade नहीं मिल पाया तथा इसी समय में उसे एक और पेनल्टी जिसमें “withholding of 2 year INCREMENT WITHOUT FUTURE EFFECT.” प्राप्त हो जाए। इस परिस्थिति में पहली पेनल्टी के 3 वर्ष पूरे हो जाने के बाद कर्मचारियों को पहले प्रमोशन मिलेगा या फिर दूसरी पेनल्टी लागू की जाएगी।
Sir, I need you assistance, I joined as ldc in 28th jan 2018 in Central govt as direct recruitment , I was senior in my batch but general category after direction from ministry on 22.01.2018 while 02 of my colleagues 01 sc and 01 st category but junior than me as per seniority join on 11.12.2017 and gets their first increment in July 2018 while I got my first increment on 1st jan 2019 Almost 06 month delay to them, Sir is their any rule through which being senior of the batch I can get the same increment, as I am senior and delay was from admistration side (non css cadre)
Sir, i need to apply for junior superintendent in IISER Berhampur advt on 17th January. As i work as a lecturer in a non governmental aided degree college, do i need to upload NOC cum EXPERIENCE cum VIGILANCE certificate as given in the advertisement? My college says they can't provide that kind of prescribed certificate. What should I do? Please help sir.
Sir I am a government employee and I am in probation period. I want to resign from my post, and want to prepare for UPSC....will my department accept my resignation due to preparation of UPSC. Plz reply sir 🙏🏻
