This was another great one. Yesterday, I had a moment -- as I was climbing along giant rocks following my 8-year-old's lead along the edge of high tide -- when I felt a lot of gratitude for my body's abilities -- being able to slowly lower down or quickly lift myself up onto a rock ledge because I have the strength to do so from doing your strength videos. I feel very fortunate to be able to keep up in this way with my daughter. Thank you for all that you do!

This was a sneaky ab burn! I almost didn't do this and was going to sub it with another full body workout of yours but I'm SO glad I did it! It even convinced me that I need to incorporate MORE unilateral workouts! Loved it!

Yes, I loved this unilataral workout. Each round flew by and I loved the moves. I could dial the intensity up or down. Love having the alternate moves too.
I did Split Strong Day 6 yesterday because i wanted to do this one this morning. What a great way to start the week. Im proud to said this 60 yr old was able to incorporate my 2olb more. Just order my new sweatshirt too!
Unilateral training might be my favorite and also most needed! I feel an all over good burn today! Also I didn’t fully realize that tight = weak!! I need to get on my lower back/abs and hips especially after having two babies!!

This was a morning wakeup. The imbalance is so apparent here. That staggered burpee press was the hardest. The staggered squat curl felt therapeutic in a weird way.
Loved all the power moves! Reached for those heavy weights, 25pds, cause you told me to :) Definitely suffering from muscle tension on one side, thanks for the info.
I love unilateral workouts! I especially liked the sit-up shoulder press and curtsy combo today...honestly, I really loved all the combo moves! Also, today was my first workout that included jumping after coming back from a calf injury. It felt good to do but 1 minute was so long! How long after your knee injury was it before the smallest cardio didn't feel impossible!?
Enjoyed this workout! Modified the first exercise to a deadlift clean so I could go heavier (I don't love good mornings with dumbbells) - everything else was great for a full body format. Thanks, ladies! 293

Greetings from Sweden! I've been doing your workouts since my second pregnancy, my third baby is now almost one! It fits my lifestyle perfectly as a runner and busy mum. However, we have a gym in our basement and the ceiling is so low that I can't lift overhead. I would love to have some modifications for my low ceiling issue! Tack!

This was intense. I jumped right in on the last single arm chops and then continued the rest of the workout. I had just finished my legs and chest workout(35) and thought I would make it on time for the start of this workout, but I did three out of four circuits, which was not bad. I was feeling good.
