I did this workout again last Sunday, then took a long walk with a friend, came back and I was in labor! 2 hours later my daughter was born! Intense but short labor and my easiest postpartum recovery yet! My OB said she wishes all of her patients would lift weights and then go for a long walk. Thanks for keeping me in such good shape!!!
I LOVE that you decided to do METCON because it showed me that I can do it! This video is proof of that! Not only did I do this with 15# weights and I was struggling but not enough to go to my 10#! I also stayed on my toes for push-ups!! I feel so much stronger!! Thanks Lindsey and Rachel!!♥

Hello Lindsay! I just want to congratulate you for the amazing videos that you share with us. Most of the times that I trained using youtube videos I would start to give up when it was becoming harder and I would stop to catch my breath. With your videos it seems that I am having a private class and when I am about to through the towel you say "You can do it!" and I push through and I can do it. Loved this workout SO much! Just what i needed on a rainy dreary Monday after work. The format was wonderful and went by so quickly...the final burnout was difficult but short enough that I felt like I could really give it my all, even at the end. Also, loved Rachel's modification for the pushup knee-drives - I have had a bit of a twinge in my wrist so I'm trying to minimize pushups and it was nice to have an alternative. I love love love how organised the channel is now compared to before with all the segregated playlists ❤It feels like you entered a well organised grocery store where you not just go to buy your daily needs but you like spending few extra minutes browsing other interesting things. This fitness channel makes it easier and less confusing to go and select what you want to do on that particular day while planning the next thing you might want to try. Also, just a side note….I am crazy person who loves to organise everything. I know we were encouraged to take a break but I took the last 3 days off and had to do something..!! This was it!! I stuck with my 20# weights for everything but skull crushers & for those I used 15# but I only used one bc.. “baby triceps”. Slow progress is still progress…feeling so strong 💪!! Thank you so much for the recent modifications for burpees and pushups! I am 60 😬 ... and had 2 frozen shoulders in my 50s and never got full mobility back, which makes pushups really difficult and I always felt like I was falling behind even if I tried at an incline. I loved this workout!! Thanks again. 💪

recently found your page! im 8 months postpartum with my 4th (my oldest is 5) and am able to set up my laptop in the gym and work out with my babes. my 2 year old noticed i was not able to do the skull crushers on my back because my abs are gone and said, "mommy. you're not doing what the girls are doing." ha! thanks for the wonderful workouts and mobility my body desperately needs. xo
Finally got to do this one! First workout using 20lb dumbbells for the entire workout and didn’t drop weights! I did have to alternate on the flys though 😊 one of my favs!!!!

That was a fast, intense session. I used 12, 20, and 30 lbs. I enjoy compound moves as you get a lot of bang for your buck...strength & cardio.
