Did this workout tonight after putting the littles to bed.. and I did it with 10 pound dumbbells!!! I started this year with 5… I also did EVERY PUSH-UP ON MY FEET! I made my husband come and watch! 😂💪💪 🎉

Your workouts are literally saving my sanity right now! I get up at 4:30 and head to the garage and do one of these workouts every morning! I'm 65, so not your target demographic, but after trying LOTS of other online training, I've come back to you. I love your focus on strength training. I did a lot of that in my early 40s, but then life got in the way and I fell out of practice. Now I've got an arthritic knee and other issues, but I'm just doing the beginner workout plan at my own pace. Pushups are still hard for me, but I do what I can. When I started this workout today, I gave myself permission to do only two sets, but I managed to do all three! I was only using three-pound weights (to focus on form first), but it's a start. 😊
I’m new to NML and am just starting the beginner workout plan. I was intimidated by this 30 minutes of strength training when I saw it on the schedule but can genuinely say I enjoyed it. I’m definitely experiencing some soreness but nothing crazy and I love that this only requires dumbbells. Here’s to the rest of a month of workouts and hopefully many more after that. I’m glad to have discovered you all.

I've done the original version a billion times, it was my go to work-out whenever I was not in the mood for experimenting, recovering from illness or resuming working out after a break. However, I have continued to struggle with mild knee pain (I'm also a runner). Those lateral moves have been a complete game changer, my knees will be eternally grateful:) Needless to say, this is now my no. 1 workout:)

I really didn’t feel like working out this morning, I was determined not to let all my good efforts slide so thought I’d just hop on and do what I felt I could. 5 mins in and the machine kicks in! Love this one, have done it many times, but today is the first time I have been able to do ALL THE PUSH-UPS FROM MY TOES!!!🎉🎉🎉 I can’t remember the last time I was able to do that, maybe in my early 20s? I’m 39 now with four kids. 👏🏽 thanks NML! ⭐️
I’ve had two knee surgeries and always struggled with knee pain and weakness. One plus year of working out with NML and I’m squatting deeper than ever (with heavy weights) and no longer fear lunges 🎉

Great sweat! I first got into your videos by doing the post-Bella version once a week during COVID summer/fall. I used 8 lbs back then - now two years of doing your all your different videos - today was 15 lbs!
I have been pretty sedentary for a few years now as I transitioned from working a job that where I was on the move to sitting behind a desk for 12hrs a day. I started the 30 day beginner workout and I just completed day 5. I love this program and how enthusiastic you are. When I feel like I burned out on a set, you keep me going. I recommended it to 2 other people and my daughter just started. We LOVE the workouts. Thank you so much for being strong for others who need that encouragement to be strong also.
So this is officially my favorite. I went from 8-10-15- and some moves I can use 20 but not for long, combining this with F45 workouts and working on getting myself in better shape. Thanks I really appreciate it.
I am in the middle of this workout and had to pause it to comment. All the things you’re saying resonate so much with me. I’ve always been a larger gal- 5’9, usually sitting over 215-220. Two years ago I stopped caring about trying to be “thin” and started focusing on just being strong, and working on endurance. I’m 40, and have had many children, so I have pelvic floor weakness that keeps me from running/jumping. But I can do your workouts!!! I went from 5/8 lb weights to just buying myself 20# weights this month!! Before I got pregnant this year I had made it down to a lean/strong 168 lbs! Not skinny, but strong and healthy. My teen and adult daughters are following my example and doing your workouts now too. All of this is just an answered prayer and a huge blessing! Thank you, thank you, thank you for your workouts. It’s a ministry, for sure! ❤

Hey Lindsey, I am so encouraged by you every workout that you post. I have been watching you since my pregnancy with my 4th baby and love the superpower mama encourgment. You are so good at what you do and cannot even imagine how good you are in your family life as a mama. Give yourself grace to make mistakes. I think of this thought so much these days as a mama of 4, I need myself grace to take care of my bod and thoughts. I was stuck in a rut of postpartum baby weight for the last year, feeling powerless. If you can on your next video for women please include some tips for muscle loss in older women and tips to regain muscle in a postpartum bod. This was another great workout Team NML. I know I’m going to feel this tomorrow. I pushed myself and went heavy for the last round. It was so stinking tough but I got through. So different from myself physically last year.
I did that old version several times and now did this New one: push ups from my toes, lifting heavy weigths, feeling so stronger, thanks to you and Rachel! I also love when you say this exercises makes us mentally stronger either, from keep up a work day to have that difficult conversation. Working out with you is much more than a way to improve our body, it's a way to improve us as human beings! ❤️❤️
Just finished this after doing a lot of the more recent workouts and I feel so proud of the progress I’ve made since starting with this channel about 4 months ago! I did EVERY single push-up on my toes and really focused on the form instead of speed. Having the side plank in between as a little break really helped the fatigue of my muscles so I could execute the push-ups really well. Thanks so much for this workout! Feeling so strong!
Love this workout! Y’all rock! I’m young but I’ve had two knee surgeries in the past and countless dislocations. Sadly it’s led to a lot of imbalances and weakness in various muscle groups up the chain. I started doing your 3-2-8 challenge two weeks ago, but I’m taking it slow and adding extra rest days/days where I walk less than 8k steps. Your workouts make me feel great! I can’t wait to get the point where I can do the 3-2-8 challenge with less rest days!

Love this workout! I have done this workout during pregnancy and postpartum and it is still one of my favorites! I enjoyed the unilateral movements as it is more challenging with a baby bump!

I LOVED THIS!!! I had been on 10 lbs but used 15 lbs for most of the first 2 sets! I'm feeling accomplished and so grateful! I'm so excited to do this one again. Your cues help so much! On the pushups and side planks I really appreciated all the cues and I didn't need to look at the screen at all because of it, which was a blessing! You are awesome and so appreciated!
It snowed 4 inches and i would never have been physically able to shovel it all by myself but since i’ve done your workouts my strength has improved so much and the driveway is shoveled!
2 months pp and I absolutely credit these workouts (in conjunction with pelvic floor PT and a fair amount of luck/grace) with my smooth labor! Thank you!
This is exactly how I love to strength train, slow and controlled. Of course, I love all your workouts and formats, but I always feel slowing down and going for heavier weights helps me to really feel all the muscles and make sure my form is on point. You also have really nailed making repeat sets enjoyable. Well done! 🙌

Great sweat! I first got into your videos by doing the post-Bella version once a week during COVID summer/fall. I used 8 lbs back then - now two years of doing your all your different videos - today was 15 lbs!

I have been pretty sedentary for a few years now as I transitioned from working a job that where I was on the move to sitting behind a desk for 12hrs a day. I started the 30 day beginner workout and I just completed day 5. I love this program and how enthusiastic you are. When I feel like I burned out on a set, you keep me going. I recommended it to 2 other people and my daughter just started. We LOVE the workouts. Thank you so much for being strong for others who need that encouragement to be strong also.

So this is officially my favorite. I went from 8-10-15- and some moves I can use 20 but not for long, combining this with F45 workouts and working on getting myself in better shape. Thanks I really appreciate it.
I am in the middle of this workout and had to pause it to comment. All the things you’re saying resonate so much with me. I’ve always been a larger gal- 5’9, usually sitting over 215-220. Two years ago I stopped caring about trying to be “thin” and started focusing on just being strong, and working on endurance. I’m 40, and have had many children, so I have pelvic floor weakness that keeps me from running/jumping. But I can do your workouts!!! I went from 5/8 lb weights to just buying myself 20# weights this month!! Before I got pregnant this year I had made it down to a lean/strong 168 lbs! Not skinny, but strong and healthy. My teen and adult daughters are following my example and doing your workouts now too. All of this is just an answered prayer and a huge blessing! Thank you, thank you, thank you for your workouts. It’s a ministry, for sure! ❤

Just did this workout and I'm feeling great! I'm 11 months postpartum and definitely need some strength training. I used 3 lb dumbells because it's all I had but could definitely do 5 and work my way up. Great video! Thank you!

Great job girls. I'm almost 60... September and I'm using 10's, 12's and 15's. Started with 2's and 5's. ty for your encouragement. Been doing this for about a year and a half. Haven't lost a bunch of weight but I've gained strength and endurance. Bless you both and your families.

I am so encouraged by you every workout that you post. I have been watching you since my pregnancy with my 4th baby and love the superpower mama encourgment. You are so good at what you do and cannot even imagine how good you are in your family life as a mama. Give yourself grace to make mistakes.
I think of this thought so much these days as a mama of 4, I need myself grace to take care of my bod and thoughts. I was stuck in a rut of postpartum baby weight for the last year, feeling powerless. If you can on your next video for women please include some tips for muscle loss in older women and tips to regain muscle in a postpartum bod. Thanks so much for your consistency. love seeing you lead when i workout.

This was another great workout Team NML. I know I’m going to feel this tomorrow. I pushed myself and went heavy for the last round. It was so stinking tough but I got through. So different from myself physically last year.

I did that old version several times and now did this New one: push ups from my toes, lifting heavy weigths, feeling so stronger, thanks to you and Rachel! I also love when you say this exercises makes us mentally stronger either, from keep up a work day to have that difficult conversation. Working out with you is much more than a way to improve our body, it's a way to improve us as human beings! ❤️❤️

Just finished this after doing a lot of the more recent workouts and I feel so proud of the progress I’ve made since starting with this channel about 4 months ago! I did EVERY single push-up on my toes and really focused on the form instead of speed. Having the side plank in between as a little break really helped the fatigue of my muscles so I could execute the push-ups really well. Thanks so much for this workout! Feeling so strong!

Love this workout! Y’all rock! I’m young but I’ve had two knee surgeries in the past and countless dislocations. Sadly it’s led to a lot of imbalances and weakness in various muscle groups up the chain. I started doing your 3-2-8 challenge two weeks ago, but I’m taking it slow and adding extra rest days/days where I walk less than 8k steps. Your workouts make me feel great! I can’t wait to get the point where I can do the 3-2-8 challenge with less rest days!

Love this workout! I have done this workout during pregnancy and postpartum and it is still one of my favorites! I enjoyed the unilateral movements as it is more challenging with a baby bump!

I LOVED THIS!!! I had been on 10 lbs but used 15 lbs for most of the first 2 sets! I'm feeling accomplished and so grateful! I'm so excited to do this one again. Your cues help so much! On the pushups and side planks I really appreciated all the cues and I didn't need to look at the screen at all because of it, which was a blessing! You are awesome and so appreciated!

This is exactly how I love to strength train, slow and controlled. Of course, I love all your workouts and formats, but I always feel slowing down and going for heavier weights helps me to really feel all the muscles and make sure my form is on point.

Awesome workout - love this 45/15 format and three sets. Favorite move is a throwback to when I started lifting at the gym years ago: Deadlift + Upright Row. This workout used all the weights... 12, 15, 20, 25, 30... love it. Thanks, ladies! 215
