With all the firmware updates they transformed this camera in a XT1 II or something. When the model came out it did not have an electronisc shutter for instance.
Thanks! I enjoy the fujinon f2lenses for it's size and quick fokus. besides that the ttArtisan 27mm f.2.8, viltrox 23m f1. 4 and the Zeiss Toiuit 32mm are my most used lenses.
Each Fuji X-Trans sensor generation has a slightly different color rendering and it comes down to personal preferences which one you like the most 🤷🏼. Older sensors gen I and II are slightly warmer and gen III and up are slightly colder, it is most apparent in the way they render red colors.
I made video where I compare all 5 th-cam.com/video/KEuObyiTHZI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6x-K9JxJUHHaTkhx i don't think you can generally say that some are warmer since some tones acts different on dirrefent sensors. My skinetones are colder on xtrans 1

I just bought a used X-T1 as a backup to my X-T2. So, I can't wait to test it against the X-T2 which does a superb job with my landscape/street photos. I have 3 great lenses as well and will be getting a completely manual focus one down the road. Thanks for the video.
@@ihavenoideahelp5239 It does a great job in my opinion. I mainly will be setting it up for black and white, street photography and adding some film simulations from Fuji Weekly, which you can find online at their website, along with TH-cam Videos where users share some of their favorites.
Good video! Between the X-T1 and the X-E1, which would you recommend the most? Considering that now you have tested most of the X-Trans sensors, would the X-Trans 1 in the X-E1 outweighs the feel and performance of an X-T1? I am looking for a spare Fuji camera to pair with cheap/vintage lenses that I can take in the (not so safe) streets of my city.
I would say xt1 it has bether peaking. the color differences between the xtrans sensors it's as big as Internet so times says. th-cam.com/video/KEuObyiTHZI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=eNAWTheItgufVLEl
Agreed, X-T1 is overall much better camera than X-E1 hands down. Speaking from someone who owns both cameras. But I do like the X-E1’s “range finder” form factor… I have a big nose 😃
A good photo is taken by the photographer... and not the camera... the X-T1 is more than enough. A good meal is made by the cook and not the pan! But how we allow ourselves to be manipulated by the industry! I will never sell my two X-T1's! Greetings from a Swiss living in the Caribbean❤
500 USD sounds much tho it's brand new so perhaps its a good price. You could probably get an XT2 for the same cash. However both the X-T1 and X-T4 are good cameras that can make amazing images. Don't forget the lenses, if its not a budget question perhaps the X-T4 with nice lens is the way to go. But if its a budget question i rather take an X-T1 with a good lens. Personally i think X-T3 is best value for the money at the money when it comes to Fuji film, i bought mine for 600UDS

Fuji X-T3, made in China, best value for the money? ... sorry, no way! Fujis cameras are all great, but perhaps X-T1 an X-T2 are the greatest of all. X-T3,4 & 5 are more sofisticated, but the best was the original and at most the successor. @@frankartale1026 yes, things can be made with high quality everywhere. My point though is that the Fujifilm XT cameras that are made in Japan are clearly of better than quality than those who is not. It's absolut obvious by just holding it in your hands.

Did you buy it? How is it
I love that you call the body the "house". And now I will too.

Thanks for the review. My only camera is the X-T1. Just one question. What lens did you used for the photos of the video?
Thanks a lot
it's a nice only camera to have.
I used Mieke 23mm, a minolta vintage 28mm and the fujinon 23mm f2 on the images in this video.
XT1/XE1/XE2 and XPRO 1 all have fantastic sensors. Its like a recipe that cannot be replicated anymore.
