Stir Fried Sea Cucumber with Pork Belly and Leeks - 猪肉韭菜炒海参

It's quite known to most of us that many sea cucumber recipes are braising recipes, so in this video but we opted for a slightly different challenge, to stir fry today's sea cucumber with a lovely pairing of pork belly and leeks! The thickened mixture of sauces in the pan pairs well with the combination of ingredients, leading to a tasty dish that goes great with a piping bowl of rice.
