Just turn off heat and leave the sea cucumber sit in the pot over night. Don’t have to wait till it cool down and transfer to fridge. The next day if sea cucumber already fully hydrated, you don’t have to repeat the process. Hope the information helps! Enjoy! 💕

I have never tried frozen sea cucumber but I think you might need to thaw it first and see how soft is the texture. If it’s already soften then just clean it. If it’s not soften, you need to cook until it’s soften in order to use for your dish. 💕
