I went from a black dyed bob to hair past my tailbone. I even managed to cut off the dyed part of my hair. Carbs are so important. I had bald spots from experimenting with low carb diets. I reduced stress by deleting instagram and TikTok. Getting out of your head allows you to focus more on what you’re doing and living in the moment, which has done so much for reducing stress. You’re also right about oiling your ends. I oil my ends every night in a loose twist. Oiling my scalp did nothing for me and I did it for a year.
@@irinareinaThat is crazy! I have more hairloss than normal, I've added more protein to my diet and cut sugar. I will add a few things you advised, hopefully it will improve🤞☺️
Scalp massages are game changers....I don't use oil either. Less is more. I use bond repairing shampoo and conditioner for my everyday routine and clarifying shampoo and conditioner once every other wash. I'll use a scalp massage once a month and a rice water rinse once a month. I use a hair mask on my clarifying wash days but other than that I'll use a leave in conditioner and ogx coconut milk serum after each wash on damp hair. My hair grows over an inch a month and only get it highlighted every 3-4 months. My hairdresser can't believe how healthy my hair is just from a few small changes and even taught her a few things.
@irinareina I buy the "hairitage by mindy"... no making of the rice water involved lol. I love it... it makes my hair so light, bouncy, and shiny smooth
i loved this video!! was cutting your split ends the main thing that helped you go from having to layer on multiple products in your previous hair routine video to where you are now?
I'm lucky because my hair is extremely resilient and keeps growing despite the terrible things I do to it (the hairs break at the tip - where I used bleach). However, I will never miss an opportunity to stare at your own beautiful head of hair 🤍
1:59 i am unable to retain water in my body also some times i crave for flavoured water 2:35 What if we don’t realise that we are taking stress or there is stress stored in our body? How can tackle that situation are become more self aware 3:56 what can we do to like remove all the stress and work load or like unwind ourselves at the end of the day?? 5:56 can we steam our hear say like once a week (using face steamer) and massage them lightly before and/or after the steam is applied?? 12:20 what if we use a silk hair wrap like after coming from shower our hair is wet and we wrap it up with a towel or a head wrap that prevents water from dripping on our clothes or any where else??
You can drink flavored water, just make sure it’s not having added sugars. Drinking it would be better than not drink at all. We often don’t realize that we are stressed, it’s normal. You just me to implement relaxation practices for everyday day. It can be meditation, hot showers or baths or art therapy. I never heard about steaming hair, but I try to go to steam room a lot, it’s pretty good And I don’t think silk scarf would benefit after shower, it would prevent water from drying, which can damage hair even more
😂 we have really delicious gluten free bread here in Colombia , it called “sagu bread” and they sell it in normal bread form, burger buns and hot dog buns, its harder than normal bread but still delicious, it’s my paradise 😍
@@irinareina I am so envious. The gluten free bread in the U.S. is so tiny, you cannot make a sandwhich with it. I’m not sure why it’s 10 times smaller than normal bread.
My hair grows so fast without any of all that. It is not diet or massages. It is about not using any chemicals in your hair. I use pure plant based shampoo and nothing else. That's it. I lost half my hair thickness after a year of extreme stress, it's been a year since and my hair has grown back in full thickness now. I cut about 10cm every 3 months of the length. Products with chemicals is the essential part to avoid using

Thank you for sharing your experience, a lot of people don’t believe that diet playing a huge role in our beauty 😌

Thank you, yes, removing bleached ends made my routine way easier, I still use layers, but not as much, since my hair is not damaged anymore 😌
Thank you, Irina! 💛🌟
🤍
I like Argan Oil for hair protection.
Yeah, me too, I use it and for nails and for hair ends, it gives nice glossy coverage 😌
hello do you still dye or tone your hair? and if so what do you or your stylist use? your hair color is so beautiful!!! thank uu xo
No, it’s my natural color now, thank you 😌
What color did you use?! Amazing color!!
Do you mean when I was bleaching my hair? I have no idea, I was going to the salon ones every 6 months and I wasn’t really asking 😅
@@irinareina I think they meant to ask what color you did after the beach to cover up the bright blonde and blend with your natural ? so pretty

Hi! What oil do you recommend for the ends? Thank you!
Árgan oil is the best for the ends(for gloss and protection), but if you want deep moisturizing oil, nothing better than coconut oil 😌
How can I make a deep moisturizes my hair
Using mask, oils, leave on conditioners 😌
I love that you eat bread ! Is there a certain type of bread you eat ?
I have pcos, so I am eating gluten free bread 😌
@@irinareina Thank you ! I saw a big sandwhich roll you had and I’ve never seen anything like that gluten free.

hey
I think it is balanced. It looks harmonious because the hues are sympathetic.
