This is random but I have to take a medication called Minoxidil because in September I had hair loss from stress. Minoxidil makes your hair shed out at first, but eventually it grows your hair (all over your body, actually) and it makes your nails grow really fast too. I don’t know if it makes them grow strong/healthy because I use a builder gel as a super strong base coat, but my nails get long quick!
My nails used to break all the time until I would put a clear nail polish on and put super glue over the nails because it is nontoxic super glue and they made my nails so strong they never break, and they just keep growing until I cut them! I apply cuticle oil on, and lotion and nails are so healthy and long! Defiantly recommend!

I gained confidence over your videos but my toenails are the problem, they NEVER seem to grow at all. Can I do the same routine for my toenails as I do for my nails?
@ Umm, I have a condition that my toe nails won’t grow more than 2cm or rather they grow really slowly. That’s why I’m curious about that, and I’m taking supplements too.

i have a question. because i dont have time to do the nail bath, i use nail oil at night which actually helped a bit with growing my nails. it didnt make them grow like crazy but it did make them stronger. so can i add salt in that oil because it helps, or will the salt not work well if i mix it with my nail oil?
Oh no, better don’t. Salt will irritate your skin around for that long. And it won’t probably even dissolve. Better add vitamin e capsules in your oil 😌
I hopefully have now my nails kind of long, actually very long for my view couse i been a nail bitter since i have memory but now i'm happy that now i had an inprove and haven't bite them, nails was ever one of my biggets insecurity i bite then when i was so stressfull and nervous, mosly por school, now i'm so happy that even i'm in school i control myself and there longer, i want a new goal now that in a week i finish school i will aply your methods
Jojoba oil but actually any oil will do if u r consistent n always keep them filed n wear gloves for dishwashing or cleaning with harsh detergents 💅🏻 hope that helps
yes but also genetics and your diet helps , my mom and dad and grandparents have short nails so i decided to grow out my nails by using vaseline bcz other oils didnt work for me, i recommend to try different oils to see what works for you. Also because i have a balanced diet that was the key for my nail growth. so sometimes i will have fruits and protien and some days i will have protien with vegitables ( its okay to have junk food from time to time)
About to start this! Been working on my nail journey but they are very thin because i used to be the worst biter. I will be editing this in 2 months to see how good it works! (edit) has literally only been 2 days but it's already working sooooo
At the end of the day if you want nice hair/skin/nails it all comes to a good balanced diet high in proteins and vitamins, sleeping your 8 hours regularly and managing your stress levels... Of course haircare, skincare and nailcare can improve your results, but without the basics it's difficult to get real results, also genetics play a super important role
To be honest, only you can know what will be good for you. Google protein sources and choose ones that are good for you. I am also picky and I spent a lot of time researching the recipes 😌
I try not to comment on this account but I really want to reply to this. Put on uv activated gel stickers (i think that’s what you call them) and put something bad tasting on top such as aloe vera or safe oatmeal lotion. They will grow with your nails and add a second layer of protection even if you bite.
You should start working with your mind. Biting nails is coming from escaping emotions, same as overeating, smoking, drinking, being stuck in social media. So fixing the mental issues should help
So, I grow my natural finger nails 1 inch long from cuticle to tip. How? I stopped biting them, I stopped using them to open things, I stopped rough housing. No oils, no gel, no acrylics, no pills, no special foods, etc. Just doing normal things with grace. Also, the shape matters. For me, if I wear them as coffin shape, they break easily. Square is stronger for my nails. I don't like the stiletto, almond or round shape for my nails. Other than that, it's just genetics.
Thank you for this video - my challenge is swimming in a chlorinated pool - I’m starting to think Vaseline and latex gloves is going to be my answer - if anyone knows an answer to help with swimming I’d be so grateful!!
I think it depends on how often are you planning to swim, if it’s every day, maybe you should create an “after swim routine”, making sure that no chlorine left on your body and applying nail oil with vitamin e. But if it is just one time a week, I don’t think it would damage nails a lot…
When doing the test for this did you do your gel+acrylic powder during the 4 weeks or were they left completely bare for the test? I am just curious ❤ I had to recently cut mine all off to nubs too cause one completely broke so figured I'd just start over as well along with you!😂❤
No, first 5 weeks they were completely naked, after 5 weeks I applied one layer of rubber base + one layer of top coat(no acrylic powder) and after 8 weeks I already did my acrylic powder + gel routine 😌
@irinareina Gotcha ok! I personally won't be able to do the same because mine always chip at a short length or snag so easily when left bare with nothing at all to protect them. So I'll just use the gel + acrylic method plus nail oil soaks and track my progress for 8 weeks. ☺️🫶🏻🩷✨️
I’ve been a nail picker my entire life and I feel like every time I’ve grown them out they’re super extremely bendy and they turn clear also and it’s terrible. I shower every day and I also have swim at school so I do have to deal with being in water for a bit. Idk if I eat enough protein also like I have a cuticle oil from the brand cuccio and I take vitamins everyday for vitamin D but I don’t really know what else to do to make them grow strong. I eat a lot of peanut butter and yogurt and fruit and chicken I guess but I def don’t get enough sleep.

i have a question. because i dont have time to do the nail bath, i use nail oil at night which actually helped a bit with growing my nails. it didnt make them grow like crazy but it did make them stronger. so can i add salt in that oil because it helps, or will the salt not work well if i mix it with my nail oil?
Oh no, better don’t. Salt will irritate your skin around for that long. And it won’t probably even dissolve. Better add vitamin e capsules in your oil 😌
@@irinareina oh okay, thank you!

yes but also genetics and your diet helps , my mom and dad and grandparents have short nails so i decided to grow out my nails by using vaseline bcz other oils didnt work for me, i recommend to try different oils to see what works for you. Also because i have a balanced diet that was the key for my nail growth. so sometimes i will have fruits and protien and some days i will have protien with vegitables ( its okay to have junk food from time to time)
We traditionally grow nails by rubbing garlic between the nail and the skin and it works
Sounds interesting, I guess the only problem is the smell 😅
where can I buy the vitamin E capsules?
I get mine at my local pharmacy and Amazon.
I buy at pharmacy, it’s pretty cheap there 😌
About to start this! Been working on my nail journey but they are very thin because i used to be the worst biter. I will be editing this in 2 months to see how good it works!
(edit) has literally only been 2 days but it's already working sooooo
Great! We will wait for the results 😌🤍
Tysm girlll ❤
At the end of the day if you want nice hair/skin/nails it all comes to a good balanced diet high in proteins and vitamins, sleeping your 8 hours regularly and managing your stress levels... Of course haircare, skincare and nailcare can improve your results, but without the basics it's difficult to get real results, also genetics play a super important role
Exactly! 😌
Can you use lime instead of lemons? because I currently don’t have lemons?
Of course 😌
Any advice for picky eaters when it comes to protein into my diet?
To be honest, only you can know what will be good for you. Google protein sources and choose ones that are good for you. I am also picky and I spent a lot of time researching the recipes 😌
You’re so pretty❤
Thank you 😌🤍
i dont have lemon juice, does lime juice work aswell?
Yes 😌
@ Ty for responding :)
What if I put himilaya salt instead of regular salt is it better or not ?
I don’t think it would be sooo much better, but much more expensive for sure 😅
I just push the cuticleof the figer nail
Thank you ❤❤❤ i want to know how to shape your nails i dont know how to make them almond
I think she has a nail routine video:)
btw that's at really nice picture (your pfp)
@charitypeeler7415 thank you but this isn't my real photo
@@سلوىمحمد-ك9س ah, never the less it's a nice picture
Irisa i have a question. Does my nail will grow up like this if i dont use E vitamin ?
You can try, but vitamin e is playing a big role. You can get it in any drug store and it’s super cheap
@@irinareina thank you so much you are the best
my nails grow SO fast, but i have anxiety problems and i bite my nails to calm me down... What can i do??? I rlly want to grow them.
Create another habit instead of that one 😌
I try not to comment on this account but I really want to reply to this. Put on uv activated gel stickers (i think that’s what you call them) and put something bad tasting on top such as aloe vera or safe oatmeal lotion. They will grow with your nails and add a second layer of protection even if you bite.
@@befaereal thanks!!!!1
Hi. Do you use a topcoat over the rubber base? X
Yeah, so it would be more glossy 😌
@@irinareina thank you 😊
I have a question, did you add the vitamins E with some other oil, or is it just vitamins E alone?
I think she added it to the nail oil she already had
I started with just e vitamin, but then mixed it with oil, so it would be easier to apply 😌
I used to watch your long nail routine video
Oh cool! Welcome back 😌🤍
TYYYY GIRLLL❤
🤍
can u make a video about biting nails i have a habit of biting my nails alot and i dont know how to stop 🙁 any tips?
no shugar gumballs and acid nail polish
You should start working with your mind. Biting nails is coming from escaping emotions, same as overeating, smoking, drinking, being stuck in social media. So fixing the mental issues should help
May I ask what your diet is?
High protein, no sugar (as much as I can), no gluten, a lot of vegetables, some carbs, no coffee, almost no alcohol (ones every 3 months)
Not opening things is so TRUE! Most nails are breaking that way 😅
Ты так круто говоришь!!! Завидую!😊
Спасибо 🤭😅 но мне еще улучшать и улучшать, сложно многие вещи объяснять не по русски

Incredible 😮🙏🏽🔥 !
Thanks 😌
how often do you do the nail bath?
I was doing it everyday for this experiment, but now I don’t do at all, only oils
Can you please help me with the shaping part?? I make my nails look so twisted whenever I try 😭
" like going to bed from 2-3 will slow nail growth"
