exAD - this product has been sponsored before, but in this video, I am showing it myself
PR - this product was sent to me as a PR package

There is no difference if the product was sponsored or I purchased it myself, all I’m saying in the video is my honest opinion. I’m not working with brands, that I wouldn’t use myself or test before showing you.

The best advice I can give to get the healthiest, shiniest, glossiest nails that look like you're wearing nail polish when you have bare nails is sesame seeds. Add a generous sprinkling to your meals a few times a week and within 3- 4 weeks you'll notice a difference. I've been doing this for months and it really works for me.
Interesting, thank you for sharing 😌
This is a wonderful time to be allergic to sesame 😢
imo the real big disclaimer that must me added to all nail videos is that it mostly comes down to your genetics
All My family ( less My grandmother) have short nails😢
@@esposa_de_minyoongi Try doing warm oil nail soaks! There's a nail tech on youtube who talks about doing them! Your diet does need to be filled with protein and vitamins as well. Rubbing cuticle oil into your cuticles and nails a few times a day or at least before bed may help too. 😊
I wonder if you can use the salt lemon mixture, the vitamin c and the salt and the vitamin e oil on the hair growth in a routine.
@@hellokittydoll2794 i'm going to try it thanks 💜💜💜
@@Lisa-mz3nn i'm going to try to! Thanks for the advices
Jojoba oil has been the biggest gamechanger for me. Really helped to push out water and bond my nail layers together.
Do you just apply it every day? 😌
@@irinareina yup! I bought a bottle of organic and put some of it in watercolour brush pens. I keep one next to my sink for after washing, one at my desk, and one by my bed. Helps cut down on the mess and makes the application easier. Learned about Jojoba oil from the channel The Salon Life. She's a wealth of information and it's done wonders for my nails since I came across her. Hope that helps!
I'm currently growing out nail damage that I accidently did to myself and my nails grow at a decent pace but I'm basically having to grow out my entire nail plates. This is so encouraging though and I also need to work on my diet so hopefully that will help me too. 😊
Good luck with that 🤍
@@irinareina Thank you! I am making progress thankfully. I think my thumbs will take the longest.
Omg I was literally looking up videos like this today and after I watched your skincare videos I searched yozr channel for a nail care video...and here it is!!❤😊
That is so cool 😌😅🤍
My nails grow the best when I have no product on them. after 3 - 4 weeks I usualy have some good lenght. But then I like to put on nail polish so they get brittle after a week or two, so it is a never ending cycle 😀
I would say besides the healthy sleep and eting, moisturising often is the most important, i see a huge difference when I dont do that.
Do you use a base coat?
@@oanshee2462 hi, no I dont, I have found it does make no difference in how long the polish lasts or what it does to my nails. I get the polish of after a week, let the nails breathe for 2-3 days and then put on a new color, when I want to. This has worked the best for me.
@@ehraya base coat helps to prevent damage from nail polish. So maybe that's the reason why your nails grow the best without the products on them, it happens because without the base coat they're damaging more. I'm not 100% sure but it may be the reason
I think you are right!! It does feel like nails are growing faster with anything on them 🙈 It would be so cool to test. Just leave one finger without any products and check 😍
Absolutely gorgeous! I'd love to try it out😍

@@irinareina 😍😍😍
Do not soak your nails in water instead soak in warm oil! Look at the channel "The Salon Life" best TH-cam advice for healthy natural nails!
you right! I already saw that information, I needed to do it in oil 🙈
Incredible 😮🙏🏽🔥 !
Super beautiful long nails 😍
Thank you 🤍
Beautiful nails
This is so helpful thxx
🤍
I have a question, did you add the vitamins E with some other oil, or is it just vitamins E alone?
Dose any kind of oils help the nails grow fast please answer me
Gracias ❤

When doing the test for this did you do your gel+acrylic powder during the 4 weeks or were they left completely bare for the test? I am just curious ❤ I had to recently cut mine all off to nubs too cause one completely broke so figured I'd just start over as well along with you!😂❤
No, first 5 weeks they were completely naked, after 5 weeks I applied one layer of rubber base + one layer of top coat(no acrylic powder) and after 8 weeks I already did my acrylic powder + gel routine 😌
@irinareina Gotcha ok! I personally won't be able to do the same because mine always chip at a short length or snag so easily when left bare with nothing at all to protect them. So I'll just use the gel + acrylic method plus nail oil soaks and track my progress for 8 weeks. ☺️🫶🏻🩷✨️
Do you now a good routine to change the nail bed? My nails are short and wide so just growing them doens't make them look good.
And I speak russian though but I don't want to ruin the comment section, haha. Girls from Russia usually really KNOW how to make nails look good!
There really isn't a "solution" to changing your nail bed shape because a lot of it is due to your DNA and genetics. My nail beds feel short and wide and they fan out towards the end of the nail, so I'm not a huge fan of them, but having longer nails and shaping them a specific way helps to give the illusion of having longer nail beds.
You can technically "shape" them by *gently* pushing back the proximal nail fold (the living skin) and over time this can help you reveal more of your nail bed, but you don't want to ever be rough with this step because you can damage the matrix and thus damage your nail irreversibly.
@@missmochiicecream wow, what do you mean by damaging your matrix irreversibly?

How to grow your nails
Answer: Don't cut them!
Nail oils do nothing for me.
I really want to grow my nails long but I missed the time period to do it I should have done it when I was in Senior High.....I'm a 1st Year Nursing student in Uni now and were not allowed to grow our nails long or put nail polish so I'm a bit regretful 🥲
