I LOVE your workouts. I start my weekday mornings everyday to them with a friend virtually. It has been SO helpful especially in the pandemic. These workouts get my blood flowing and help me start the day awake and with concentration (things I can't achieve in the pandemic otherwise). Thanks so much for making these!!
I am in between homes right now so I only have a set of 10lb dumbbells but it was still working for me! I'll for sure get to it again with heavier weights.
Glad you like the workouts! I don’t use background music so YOU can play music you enjoy! Adding royalty free music is somethingi find annoying and unnecessary. When I do my personal workouts, I appreciate the idea of being able to blast the music I want to hear and still be able to hear the coaching and cues!
It's soo amazing Very beginner friendly as well The post workout feeling is amazing However I don't feel so sore after the workout but I sweat So should I increase the weight? Noting that my dumbell is only 3kgs
Does your Dumbbell feel too light?? Being sore isn’t indicative of a good workout! In fact, workouts like this rarely leave me sore…heavy strength training workouts do!
This will vary depending on your body weight, dumbbell weight, etc but my watch says as low as 156 on days I do just this. On days I do this following a run, it says I burn closer to 200 for this workout(that does not include run calories)
