If you're going to be doing more grocery delivery I recommend getting some large fabric reuseable bags. You can put a bunch of grocery bags into them (and sodas) and makes it so much easier to carry them up stairs in apartment buildings.
I respect your hustle brother. I'm working on my graduate program, 40hrs/wk at my regular job, and doing DoorDash/Ubereats/Grubhub when I can (typically late at night - 8pm-2am typically, longer if it's a hot night. Keep killing it! 🙏💯💰💰
I work breakfast every day. I start at 6am - other than about an hour of school traffic from 730-830 the traffic is a lot less than lunch and dinner. Less delivery drivers out and i get great orders. Alot of stacked
lucky my city is so congested my phone wont have service for 10 mins at a time randomly, most the time in the middle of a delivery, so i try to avoid those parts of town but i can control where the drop off is unfortunately. Seems to only happen during lunch, where a lot of money is to be made.

You can make a living just working the entire weekend and then have a normal part time job during the week.. lol Lunch time from 11am-about 230pm has less traffic and stays busy, especially in the inner city. So nice to choose what works best for us in thid delivey gig, huh ? 😏
Doordashing for the next two months as a side hustle while the main one is taking off. I am surprised no one mentions back taxes which you owe and will have to pay come April 15th of the following year (plus gas, insurance, good old car maintenance).
The dasher card attracts hackers like crazy. Also, if you go to a food mart that also sells gas, you will have to physically call customer service and prove it was gas to get the cash back. I really enjoy your content! 😊
@@PhoenixDeliveries no idea. I got 5 notifications yesterday alone that someone was trying to use it. I’m calling customer service today and see if I can find out anything. I only use this card for gas and I always go in the store to pay.
Yes and no. I leave my job around 2-5am and then do a few food deliveries on my way home. I've gotten great offers for a 2-3 mile trip and even 8-mile trips too. Plus, the perk of not having dealing with traffic. The bad part, the orders comes very sporadically.
I've only done Sunday breakfast hours from about 7-10am with only grubhub, ue and dd. Stays busy with all the mom and pop bagel shops and breakfast places. But I'm not sure about m-f with everyone going to work.. I'm not fighting them to make a few bucks per delivery. That's way too stressful in my city.
my physical card hasn’t come in yet, but i will definitely look out for scammers when i start using it. i like the dasher direct card already bc i can get my money faster than the typical weekly payout
Yeah it is nice to have the earnings faster. Watch out for people calling you claiming to be DoorDash support. They might be scammers and can take all the money off your card, so make sure to keep a relatively low balance on it just in case
Shipt so far is a disappointment for me. Both targets in my area are 30 minutes away and on the opposite side of town plus i didnt get a tip in my first 3 trips. Lastly, lack of orders. I wish we had shipt package delivery here in Florida.
Thank You so much. I have only dashed 1 time so far. Lunch yesterday. I was going to do dinner tonight, but I don't think I'm ready yet. Going to try to do breakfast tomorrow. How in the world do you do all those at the same time? I'd have a heart attack. 😂😂😂
once you receive an order and accept it, do you pause all the other apps where do you leave a couple open? I only ran Uber eats and DoorDash simultaneously because I can manage running delivering orders at the same time or accepting one on the other app while im in the middle of a delivery, only if the locations are somewhat near with the expected times not too close causing a later than expected drop off
Hey I’m in Arizona as well. I dash in Gilbert I know exactly what Wendy’s you picked up from in Scottsdale. I Used to do tons of catering orders in that area months ago.
@@adventures_with_brokemom yeah that’s how it is in Gilbert way to many drivers. I would figure the high gas prices would make them drop off but that’s not the case
Just subscribed. Great videos. I’ve tried breakfast but it’s not near as busy as lunch and dinner in my area. This week has been really slow all around though. I think the worst since I started delivering two years ago.
The mileage on Instacart has to be from the store to the persons home. I have never matched that mileage on the screen to going to the store from where I am currently located.
The fact that you did an instead cart order tells me the shift was slow. If it was busy every delivery driver will do food delivery instead of shop and deliver.
This looks appealing since I'm an early riser. I've only tried Doordash a few times for dinner which was ok. I'm going to add Uber Eats and try an early morning since there's a Starbucks and McDonald's a mile from my home.
When you multi app for food delivery is the tax statement all in one or separate 1099 for each app? I'm interested in multi app to earn more but don't won't to be overloaded @ tax season
They are all different 1099's. It can be a little interesting at tax time with having to keep track of multiple forms, but overall I'd say it's worth it
Thought I'd try the breakfast shift today since I woke up at 4:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. There were 4 hotspots but I didn't get a single order sent to me! I won't waste my time on that again!
I would suggest accepting orders that aren’t far from a hotspot or one no more than 2 miles away I noticed a few of your videos your driving more than 5 miles I understand when it’s slow but when it’s busy your losing offers that way I had declined a lot of orders that is 11 for 5 miles because it was out of my zone and don’t like driving back to the zone to get another order if possible unless the offer is really good I’ll take it
I love point pick up here in California. There are many orders here in my area, most of them start at $16 for very low miles. I like it here in California because we have Proposition 22, our pay gets adjusted to meet the 120% above minimum wage, plus the distance. So a $16 order becomes a $25ish order 👍
Wow that sounds so good. Over here in NC I'm averaging 22 an hour, some nights are great 30 an hour, it's always over 20 though. And that's with multiapping.
