I found your channel two or three days ago and I found it as a huge source for knowledge I don't care about your critics coz your channel is on the best which I have found on youtube. I am an absolute beginner in strength and conditioning and also I am pursuing a master's degree in exercise physiology, but I do have some issue as I don't know proper about many sports as in my country people aren't that much passionate about sports. I don't have a proper knowledge on different motor components which dominates different sports as I think that some sports may have more than one dominant skill based or health based components. Sir there are a lot like me who don't have proper knowledge. Kindly if you find these topic interesting make a detailed video on this because as far as I know I have never found any video on this topic . Love from India🇮🇳
I do a normal workout like pushups, jumping jacks, bench dips, planks, mountain climbers 30 mins after a game, is it good to do this normal workout after a game?
What measuring unit are the weights in? Kgs or Lbs? It would be great to know because a lot of these players seem to be in my weight class so I can compare myself to what they are lifting.
