CMC is insanely coachable, its honestly impressive to see someone of this caliber of football player being so humble

I love how this shows that not every day needs to be crazy. sometimes you grab a 30 lb dumbbell and do light work just to get the blood flowing.

When the coach asks, "How's your nervous system?".. what exactly is he asking CMC to check on? What does a positive answer mean and what does a negative answer mean?
Do you feel burned out/groggy or do you feel really turned out/high energy levels. For example, when lifting when you’re early in the week and fresh vs towards the end of the week or a session when even if you’re “fresh” you’re still feeling not 100%
