Hi Madfit, been working out with u since the lockdown started and i appreciate u a lot... but regarding the app i feel i need to give my honest review...first i signed up for free trial but it registered me for one month, second i didn't get understand y we need to download and than start workout.... third the video keeps stoping and sometimes it gets stuck... fourth because there is no sound of u interacting it didn't feel like working out with u ..u motivating us to push ourselves n all.... something just didn't feel right about it...maybe first if the stopping issue is resolved n if it's more interactive it will be great otherwise it feels like other normal app that we use but it's not u

I have been doing this for a month and my body has changed!!!! I look like a freaking supermodel. Firstly, I start off with this workout and then I continue with a 20-30 minute workout afterwards.
@@salmamokhtar3955 i dont think weight is a good judgment to go by! In a stance that when you burn fat and gain muscle, for example losing 1 lb of fat turns into 1 lb of muscle (not scientifically, but using an example), you still will have that 1 lb on you!
@@daioakeioodeek3656 well but how do I know that I burned fat and gained muscle exactly I was 79 kg then I did chloe tings workout I got down to 60 kg I gained 5 kilo but I have been working out consistently for months nonstop when I arm wrestle my 80 kg sister I always win even when I was 60 kg

This workout REALLY makes you feel as if you're working your abs, cause you are! The other day, I had completed a different ab workout from MadFit and this morning I felt that one ALONG with this one I did this morning! Thank you Maddie for being an awesome TH-cam instructor! :)
I came here from a beginners ab routine and will be trying this for the foreseeable future. Day 1 - completed but failed throughout Day 2 - similar to day one, I tried perfecting my form a little Day 3 - still quite similar, but I am able to hold for longer Day 4 - a lot more improvement Day 5 - complete Just a quick update: I’ve been continuing this routine, albeit fell off of it for a week, as well as going to the gym, I’m pleased to say that I’m seeing some results with abs forming Another update: Just felt like updating rq, I’m still doing the workout (it never gets easier tho lol, but at least I’ve perfected my form)

This is great! I broke my leg last weekend and I was able to do a few of these exercises (on the bed for cushion). Related, I was wondering if you could make an entirely seated abs/arm workout? I can't put any weight on my leg for three months, but I don't want to entirely just sit on the couch the whole time. Right now, anything that requires me to swing my leg through the air hurts, but in time I hope to be able to do more. If you have ideas for exercises I could incorporate to keep my other leg strong, feel free to throw those in. Thanks so much!!

Doing this for 14 days Day 1 : ✅ IT WAS SO HARD I WANTED TO CRY 😭 BUT I DID IT! ( i’m gonna be sore tmwr) Day 2:✅ I did it , it was a lot easier I did GIVE UP on some of them but my lower abs are more toned, and I haven’t really noticed anything about my waist yet.
Maddie: "I hope you enjoyed this." NO, I did NOT! 😂 It was definitely intense! BUT, I did enjoy the fact that I actually completed it and am toning and strengthening my core. I appreciate the modifications too. I still can't do most of the scissor type exercises with straight legs, so thanks for demonstrating an alternative. And thanks for all the workout videos! I'm really thankful to have options for quick workouts I can do in the morning before I go to work. I've been referring friends to your TH-cam channel. 😍

Just a heads-up for those trying to chinch in their waist: most of the exercises shown here will actually grow the side muscles, resulting in a widening of the waist. I fell for stuff like that when I first started training years ago and then researched it further. Definitely stay away from Russian twists of any kind as well as side pull-ups/side planks.

2 questions that I’m probably not gonna get answers to :P 1. Why does my lower back hurt during any exercise where my back isn’t flat on the mat? I know I’m engaging my core, but during the side plank dips, for example, my back somehow feels all the pressure. 2. How do you get your leg completely straight at 8:01? I thought everyone’s leg had a natural bend to it when you hold it up. My hamstrings don’t feel tight - I just physically can’t get it any straighter without bringing my leg down closer to the floor. Is that something that can be trained and fixed? Is it a dancer-only thing? I’ve never felt so inadequate during an ab workout even though my core is usually strong and I’m used to training it :(

I did madfit workouts throughout Covid and I went jogging, but I never did abs because I felt the whole body workouts did the job for me, but let me tell you, my abs are now the weakest part of my whole body. I don't understand why I didn't take the trouble of scheduling in a mere 10 mins into my day.
