Thank you Taz for an excellent explanation of attention span and its lack of. The topics you cover are always fascinating! Modeling, as a hobby, to me feels the antithesis of lack of attention span. The slow pace, need to care about details (nub marks removal and sanding comes to mind), requires full attention and focus. Gunpla (and model) kits building could be a good detox for social media numbness.
I have a question on customizing the gunpla. can you go over how to design and then how to paint them? i just dont understand how people can come up with their ideas for their custom builds or how they know where to put the custom panel lines or paint. like how do they make it look so good. or if you can, can you point me in to the right direction please.
Fun fact: A team player in an online game who is doing nothing and standing off to the side is a reportable offense. I forgot the exact term for it, but you can report a player doing that and it'll get them either a penalty or a ban.
