You just described most of the auditing community. They basically use the same script and catchphrases, and their real intent is to to provoke reactions to their "pranks." They delude their audience into thinking this is about the right to film in public buildings - something that was never a big issue in America anyway, since it can be done through hidden cameras if it was really necessary. No, auditing is about bringing attention to the camera and thus confrontations, which turn into Patreon money or Google ad revenue.
I've been following the auditing movement for a while and there is a disturbing number of lowlifes, ex-cons, mental cases, and predators in their ranks. Which makes sense, since no normal person with a job will spend their day recording in the lobby of a public building for the purpose of annoying people. They are also wrong about their right to film in all public buildings. If a building has a policy or rule against filming, that's functionally a law (no point having a rule unless it's enforceable). The courts usually side with the building's right to limit or ban filming because of "forum doctrine", which differentiates between a street or a park (traditional public forum, no ban on recording), and limited or non-public forums (such as a school, hospital, courthouse, etc.). Auditors misunderstand this, and they assume if they're anywhere in public, they have the right to record. But it's fairy settled by the courts that this isn't true.

I'm pretty sure he also go it wrong too when he tried to explain it. (I'm Irish so not a US legal expert) But I'm fairly certain that most US states have a caveat to the plain view doctrine 'Reasonable right to privacy/Reasonable expectation of privacy' that citizens should be free from being monitored or recorded whilst within their own property that has some form of barrier/wall/fence/window etc that would mean they 'expect to be private', meaning that he technically couldn't record someone through their window while they were butt naked lol

So he impersonates a police officer, kidnaps a woman, handcuffs her with zip ties, rxpes her, and the judge gives him _shock probation??_ What the actual _hell?_ That is a calculated and premeditated felony! If he’d tried to kill someone would the judge have also given him a slap on the wrist and said, “don’t do that again”? AND he was suspected of doing on at least one other occasion!
Like, this isn’t even a situation where there’s _any_ gray area or he-said-she-said to cause uncertainty. He kidnapped and rxped at least one person. That isn’t something people do by accident. It wasn’t a temporary lapse in judgement, he _planned it_ and invested a significant amount of time and money buying a decommissioned police car and uniform and other equipment. That is serial offender shit. And he gets probation…that poor woman. What a slap in her face, that that’s all the judge thought her suffering was worth. Disgusting.

i genuinely do not believe that rapists can ever be rehabilitated. we’ve seen serial rapists get time in jail, and when they get out they just do the same thing. besides, rape itself is such a horrible crime that i feel like they should get life in prison. i was raped when i was 7, and it left me broken. i can’t remember my childhood because my brain blocked it out. i blamed myself and felt awful, like i was dirty. i scrubbed my skin raw for months after the memories began coming back. i had to get sent to a mental hospital for five fucking months just to scratch the surface of my trauma and get an official PTSD diagnosis. rape is one of the worst crimes that exists. your body is violated, your mind is violated, and whenever we choose to speak up about it, we get belittled. things like „what were you wearing“ or „not all men are like that.“ i genuinely despise rapists. they have no idea how their actions left me and so many other men and women scarred

Hearing about this man guts me. I’m glad Justice is finally being served. At least he can’t harm anyone else for the next 20 years. I hope he has to serve that sentence in full!
I remember several years ago, this man was interviewed by Steve McRae on the @SteveMcRae YT channel. Steve was informed of Worden's predatory history by several of his own supporters. Steve became irate by the public rebuke, proceeded to block critics, and subsequently described Worden as a wrongfully convicted "honorable man" who was the victim of a witch hunt by a troll group. He uncritically spread Worden's false narrative to his thousands of followers, while sewing doubt in the criminal justice system, and expressed multiple times that he believes Worden engaged in consensual s*×. This was during a time when Worden was also indicted for assaulting his own child. Sadly, Steve is a small TH-camr and Worden was someone who had 10 - 15x as many subs. So, The truth took a backseat to the potential for growing his channel. It's incredibly sad that some people are so quick to exchange their integrity for social media growth.

David did some wicked things in his past and paid his debt to society by doing prison time for his crime. This is what America is all about. I believe in redemption, and that God change anyone who repents of their sins and turn to Jesus whom the Father has sent. No one is righteous, no not one. All of us have gone astray and turned each one to his own ways. While we were yet sinners Christ died for us... even David; don't forget the evil doer on the cross next to Jesus.
David has also exposed corruption, those who violate their oaths of office, and police criminality. He has won cases for this very reason, and knew full well that the public would eventually find out about his past. This isn't about David, this is about our Constitutional Republic being undermined by our local law enforcement, and our injustice system.
