The really sad part about this case is the kid believed he had to be 18 because nobody would listen to a kid. That's the message the cops and CPS sent to him.
This has been going on a long time unfortunately. Gen X, the famous lost generation, had a bunch of us 14yo in an apartment complex raising each other in a feral gang. One day the local problem criminal chased all the girls through the apartment complex threatening to rape them and trying to fight the boys. The boys lured him into an hallway in one of the apartment buildings. We called the police and they said that since there were any adult witnesses, there was nothing they could do. They sent out one officer and he took off. Two weeks later that same perp broke into a young couples apartment by smashing down their sliding glass doors.
*that the internet and hajim gives to him. ACAB has them believing this, podcasts hate police and he was listening to podcasts at the time. CPS tried but what can you do when you have 7 witnesses against you.
Nonsense. This is very suspect that they wouldn't go straight to police. Everyone knows 911. Seems very sensational and more complicated than what we are told by these fool creators and TH-camrs. This kid could be a problem kid trying to make more problems. Yes investigate but I find this highly dubious.
What gets me is the adoption system. My daughter is 32 yrs. old. At 28, she looked into adoption. She was engaged, had a fantastic job, and buying a home. She made $69,000 that year. She was turned down, because she needed to make $80,000. Turned down, although getting married, but they wouldn't let his salary be a consideration. She had an entire community support. The entire neighborhood, where she is park manager, for the last ten years, backed her with support letters. Around 300 homes were willing to vouch for her character. She was turned down, over $11,000. But this POS was allowed, nine times, to adopt? Unreal.
@@beckydahm It is. You are right. My daughter is now 32, and quit one of her jobs, she was exhausted. Now, though her salary is good, and solid, she is even further away from the requirements, financially. She inquired again, when she put the down payment on her home. She met all the fields, except financial. So, another year goes by, and she wants a child, and I want a grandchild. We don't care about age, or race, or whether it's a boy or girl. All this love, and everything else we have to offer a child who is deprived of that, and although financially secure, she doesn't make enough. All about money, like you said.😪
It blows my mind that no one was immediately suspicious of a young, single man wanting to adopt tons of young boys. Most men at that age don’t even want to be a step-dad yet, this entire scenario should have been the most obvious red flag in the world.
exactly. i hate that fact that people use “when women can be predators too” well who said they couldn’t? majority of rapist are male so i find it crazy that people wouldn’t even look at this man sideways.
@@hvn17 To be fair, even a young, single woman wanting to adopt that many children ought to raise eyebrows, albeit probably for different reasons. Reasonable expectations about competence alone should be enough of a reason to prevent this scenario from ever happening. Generally speaking, young men just don’t gravitate toward childcare, especially when it is a child that isn’t their own. Sure, there are exceptions, but we’ve seen enough bad actors at this point for it to be more than reasonable to look into individuals like this extra diligently by default.
@@VetriVade Honestly, even his religious conversion and adoption of another ethnicity’s culture is a red flag. Jews discourage conversion, even for non-Jews who come to share their beliefs, and his willingness to adopt a totally alien identity is quite unusual. Dude comes off as unusual and prone to making rash life decisions, which should have been another red flag. His whole identity was essentially a larp.
Yet his Facebook account is open, with pics giving his Dad a best Dad award. And then graped his 2 younger brothers after he turned 18. 😢 He needs a lot of help.
They simply don't care where these kids go, that's why child abuse is rife within the cps system and kids are ending up traumatised and needing an incredible amount of support when the system dumps them
9 is quite a lot, but if a home does well with 1, they're likely to get 2-3 as well if they want them. Most fathers aren't sick bastards like this man.
I count my blessings every day as a former foster kid that the people who adopted me are real life angels. Those poor boys never stood a chance against this monster.
@@debraanderson7086 THANK YOU for being your babies' hero! Because that is precisely what you are to all six! wow! To have 3 of your own and take in another 3 tells me all I need to know about you. 🥰
The podcast pissed me off, telling a child rape victim that they “don’t really want help” and “if you don’t help, it’ll be your fault if they get hurt” is DISGUSTING.
it was in the heat of the moment and they were pressuring him in order to tell someone, if it werent for the podcast it mightve still been going on, they wanted him to report him, they were trying to make him feel empathetic and think for the other kids, it was fully wrong but it was one of the reasons that he got arrested
It feels like the podcaster who was also a CSA victim still had a lot of unresolved issues and they were speaking to the victim like they would have spoken to themselves in that situation. Because they are saying they wished they'd been braver, implying the victim wasn't brave because they, understandably, feared their abuser. But again, they should unpack that in therapy before projecting those ideas onto another victim.
@@daze-xo3hs They are wrong, and you just lumped yourself in with them lol. Hes projecting because he is upset with himself for not speaking up. You never tell a SA victim, especially a child SA victim that it’s their fault if their family gets abused as well because it isn’t. Thats the definition of victim blaming.
Yep some raped become rapers trying yo get back what was taken ftom them ! Mind set i hear , even though they are harming a person themselfs ! Imo pedophiles cant be helped and should be not allowed in society !
I just will never understand how they can keep the cycle going I was molested as a kid and I would never fuckin dream of putting a child through what I went through and having to deal with the aftermath and the anger of it all it's sickening
It makes me sick that one brother ran away and made allegations but seven of the brothers said it wasn't true so CPS was like "oh, this stuff isn't true and this kid needs more meds". Just crazy.
I mean, false or mental health related accusations can happen. Presumably some of those charges were against the brothers. If all of them were swearing blind it wasn't true, what else can they do?
Abusers and pedos know how to manipulate victims against one another. If they had kept him away from the kids for long enough they might have been comfortable to tell the truth but with the guy still around and the worry about retaliation they won’t want to say anything out of fear. This system helps keep kids in danger because so many of the ppl who work for these places don’t actually do their jobs until it’s too late and then they want to come up with every excuse for why they didn’t actually check in on these children. I’m so sick to my stomach, I hope those kids can heal someday.
@@FindpepperbridgeTHAT PART💯 CPS is full of shit😡 no child should be left in a household after making statements like this💯 and just because the other brothers claimed it wasn't happening to them, that doesn't mean it wasn't happening to the child who spoke up💯 can you imagine how this walrus did that boy after everyone left 🥺
Exactly. How could those kids know what was happening to the boy who ran away? Most abusers don't do it to every kid and cps knows that. In this case he did but they shouldn't have thought that boy lied.
I love how they act all fragile and weak when they’ve been caught and are facing consequences but were big and bad enough to continuously hurt children.
I know the podcast ended up helping a lot in the end but God, listening to them talk to the kid was infuriating. “Go to the police they will do something” is not always the case and then to pretty much try to blame the victim for not doing anything… I feel like they should have an actual professional if they’re gonna deal with victims as none of them seem to know what they’re really talking about.
@@jacobbender2246"chose lies" THEY WERE SCARED. You're really going to victim blame children??? Also from my understanding, I may have misheard, but MOST of the brothers spoke the truth and ONE brother (I believe it was the eldest one who was also abusing them) was the one who lied and said the younger ones were lying and were incompetent.
I was thinking the same thing unlwss the Inmates found out what he did. They will take care of him. Give him top bunk. All jokes aside, I hope he has a miserable life in prison
10:18 “If you go to the police, they will do something.” As a victim who didn’t say anything until I was forced to, I wish that was true. But a lot of the time, it’s not. A lot of the time the police don’t believe you, or they don’t have enough evidence, or lawyers get involved, or whatever. An abused child’s greatest fear is “telling” on their parent/legal guardian and then getting sent back to that abuser, who is *ANGRY* with you.
Especially because the police have to call CPS as soon as they are aware of suspected child abuse including cases of molestation. CPS has to allow a parent be present when questioning a minor, even in these cases, at least in Many counties.
True! That happened to me. I told a psychologist about my mothers abuse because they said that the info wouod private , they wouldn’t tell anyone, it was patient doctor confidentiality. And after our session they called my other in and told her everything. Of course my mother tricked them as she was a master manipulator,. MY mother told me in the car, wait till we get home. A lot of them including Cps engages in trafficking. Nowadays since you can’t question lifestyles or cultural behaviors, it’s difficult to get someone to take the concern seriously. It’s sad!
I was molested and raped by my own father when i was 3. I love my life now but it has made my life extremely extremely hard. Every single day I am alive I am constantly affected from thr PTSD that was forced upon me. I have spent more time in jail as an addict than he did for violating me. The amount of pain and suffering thay these children will more than likely experience is so gut wrenching and unfair. I can't imagine looking at a child and feeling that way about them. Diabolical
As someone who went through similar with my own father, I just want to say _it will get better._ 28 years it took me to come out from under that, and though sometimes I'll be reminded (a song or something) it's not something that will spoil a whole month. Hang in there ❤ xx
i call bs that you can even remember that. i bet someone told you that happened to you and you contracted a victim complex and have been harboring and using it as fuel for your rage. Sorry it happened to you though.
@@omnipot7141 then I suggest you look at what trauma does to a young child's mind. Anything under 2 and I would have agreed with you. But a 3 year old can remember the _trauma_ the after effect. They're tragically exempted from responsibility or liability. Few give consideration to the *fact* that Child Protective and like organizations are actually used for various types of child/teen trafficking. *But they are..💔!*
Yeah normally people would just expect people would do that but unfortunately in *many* cases I've seen, there are a multitude of opportunities where other people knew of the abuse in some way and didn't come forward until it was too late. Hear or see something say something ASAP
In a way, he's lucky he's in custody of the state. Street justice would have been far more swift and decisive than anything the courts can give. Jail is an extension of the streets, so hopefully a fellow inmate can carry out such a "justice".

I also know a caseworker who works against nursing home abuse and she does care and tries to do her job but said 90% of all investigations get dropped and never pursued. Especially any prison in the southwest, like Texas, Arizona or the most dangerous:California! When punks like that dude make it to a prison, they get delt with. Scum bag.
Seeing his appearance in court angers me to no end. Such a blatant and cringy effort to futher manipulate a system that has favored him - above children who trusted him - in the past.
dude why are the hosts of the podcast so cold toward this poor kid?? he is fucking terrified and they are just grilling him. making it out like it’ll be his fault if his siblings can’t get out of the situation. this is disgusting, have a bit of empathy.
Well the one dude said he was assaulted as a kid himself, and said he wished he did more to protect others from his abuser. That would be why, at least for that one guy who spoke the most: projecting his own regrets and lack of compassion toward himself.
@@Manticorn tbh that guy clearly has unresolved issues if he blames himself for not doing more to protect others. he was a victim yes, but just because others were hurt by the same abuser doesn’t then make it your fault for not doing more to save them. the blame should all be on the abuser for ABUSING people. it’s none of the victims fault that others got hurt too, it’s the abusers fault for making that decision to hurt them. victims tend to find a way to blame themselves for others actions because its hard to comprehend why someone would do such a thing. therefore in their eyes it must’ve been something they did or didn’t do.
I'm a parent who adopted my children but even so, STOP IDOLISING ADOPTIVE PARENTS! No single person should be allowed to adopt 9 children, let alone be adored and admired for it. This foul specimen never saw his children as unique and precious individuals but as things he could use for attention or abuse. People, including trained social workers, are not protective enough of children and suspicious enough of prospective adopters who are blatant child collectors like this abusive freak.
First of all, sharing the attention equally to all 9 kids is impossible. Having more than 5 kids should be considered neglect. The older children will end up having to take care of the younger ones, forcing them into parental rolls and taking away their childhood.
Them being in a relationship is only another safeguard, which is not fair to single individuals and children. I doubt the probability would even come close to justifying this exclusion.
@@aiojcxs0932czxlkmIt should be illegal unless rare circumstance like a family member or close friend to adopt children if you are single. Period. Because single parent households first show you don’t have your stuff together because you can;t find a partner and are the most negligent environments for children as 90% of crime of committed from kids who came from single parent households, as are the same rate of high school drop outs etc, and that’s the same across ethnicities.
@@Byronic19134 You are using statistics without controlling for other factors. Singleparent households are typically low in SES and are caused by anti-social behavior, violence, etc. If you cannot find a partner because of your looks (ugly, fat, etc), it certainly does not mean that you are a bad person or neglectful. Despite this, single-father families do exceptionally well, on average... your statistics are from single-mother households, which are usually caused by what I said above. Those who adopt or get a surrogate are not in a poor environment or low SES-- it's necessary that you are not (adoption requires high income and checks, surrogacy is expensive). From your logic and shitty statistics, only single men should be able to adopt, not single women.
Man I need a doctors note to miss a day of clinical. How TF did this man get to galavant around for 3 years on charges of child abuse without so much as a doctors note for HOSPICE. This is repulsive
If you're a protected class, it's harder to go after you because people develop this emotional response to labels. If this was a straight white Christian man, he'd have less protections. The emotional response from most people would want to attack him, being Jewish and gay offers emotional protections from most publicly educated people.
Seriously these governments act like they care for children so well when many of them fall through the cracks with dumb excuses. Meanwhile I've seen Cps attack people viciously who are disabled and smoke weed for medical purposes.
No one ever believed me when I was a foster child, they always said I was lying and I was a problem child. One of my foster parents made me sit on the porch while they abused another child to watch for people. It ended one day when a CPS worker did a surprise visit and I quietly opened the door and let them walk in on it happening. We were all removed immediately. Our foster parent said, "I'm sorry they're taking you guys away." I was confused. I was like, "I'm not, I've been trying to get out for over a year." It's very sad, heartbreaking how when you get put in the system, you essentially lose your voice. We're not in the system because we failed ourselves. We're there because the adults in our lives have failed us, and many times our placement continues to fail us.

Those podcasters were backhandedly supportive. It’s infuriating hearing them say “they’ll definitely do something” “it sounds like you don’t want help” “we asked you that before and you said no”. The kid sounds very intelligent, but he’s been manipulated and abused, that’s no way to speak to a victim!
I know. The kid obviously knows more than the podcast host, about CPS etc. If only it worked that way. Apparently all any predator needs to do is look like he is trying to help kids, put on a fake ass mile, and don a few hasidic curls?
Finally someone said this !!! They’re victim blaming him and have no idea how complicated his situation is. They did little to validate his real concerns
Listening to the podcasters talk to him that he needed to go to the police because they would remove the children, and trying to make the victim feel guilty because "they will not allow children in that home until a full investigation was done" was infuriating. I'm sure most of us here follow a lot of court proceedings, true crime and have or know someone who has been the victim of abuse knows that isn't the case. The fact that he was on bond for 3 years and still had access to children is appalling, and the initial victim was trying to protect his brothers the best way he knew how. I feel so awful for him and his brothers. Nobody listens to these children!!
omg thank you. i was sitting here being like "am i the only one noticing them trying to guilt him for not going to the police/accidently leaving out info?" ik the podcast ended up doing a lot to help the kids and get this case noticed, but like..... wtf
I understand the victims don’t need more guilt but I think the podcasters just really wanted to help him. They knew they needed more information from him so they were frustrated and trying to get it any way they could so they could help
It's crazy to me how I've heard of good people who wanted to adopt a child so badly, went through all sorts of legal hoops, just to be denied for stupid reasons, like they're income wasn't high enough for the system, yet they had enough income to live comfortably, or other stupid things, yet this monster had no problem adopting 9 boys without a problem... this world is so messed up...
Its done on purpose, look up pizza gate all our presidents, politicians, celebrities, elites etc... are all in it and they say it in plain view but everyone laughs and ignores it because they are somebody famous or powerful. Disney is famous for allowing pedos and pedos who have actually been to prison to work in Disney. What do you think happens to all the thousands of children who go missing in Disneyland? Pedophilia is the biggest crime in the world but no one has their eyes opened, and its by our own GOVERNMENT. 80,000 children went missing a few years ago, and a few thousand children were abducted by our own government from the Lahaina fires they started in Hawaii. Look up the videos recorded in Lahaina the police said no aircraft could help them because of lack of visibility. But on one of the videos you can clearly see a plane holding a large shipping container shortly after the children were missing. All I got to say is this world is going to get worse, searching for truth led me to Jesus and He is coming back and you are invited to Heaven, seek salvation before its too late.
Because there’s a system in place where people who have power allow it because they are also partaking in the acts. I’ve worked in health care for 2 decades and you would be surprised how many foster case/adoptions I’ve seen take r*pe kits and still see those people in the same homes because there “wasn’t enough evidence”. Bullshit, it’s getting swept under the rug and the kids suffer. You make a report and nothing comes about it and you’re told to STFU
Reminds me of a coworker, he makes very good money (more than enough to live comfortably), has no criminal record, served in the military for thirty years, and gives to the community and *yet* whenever he tries to adopt he is denied. Sometimes I feel that it is location, and no I don't mean where the person lives, but rather; the city or state because I do know that some of them are stricter than others when it comes to adoptions.
He did not have to come in court like that, with a urine bag attached to his shirt. He is trying to gain some sympathy from the courts. Sure he had no sympathy for what he was putting those boys through.
*I could NOT listen to it all...too much for me...those poor kids. I worked in* *the system. Good Lord...The person in charge of placement should be fired.*
This is so strange because my mother was single but very accomplished and she tried her hardest to become a foster mother. She did all the classes and got licensed but they told her because she was a single woman she couldn't become a foster mom. They never gave her any children and she raised us very well. None of us were abused and we had a fantastic childhood. We all are successful and they gave 9 kids to this man? Wow

@hemlock4752 It's not really misogyny though because they typically don't let single woman/men adopt children. But I've heard of single men and women who have adopted kids and in most of those cases they had money.
The fact that this man was tried (and acquitted) for abusing a child and lied about being terminally ill but somehow CPS has no record of any investigation at all? I was a foster child. When I was in the system I got abused on almost every level. I told what happened to my case manager. She addressed it and it was swept under the rug. Only for my foster dad to feel angered and emboldened by the turn of events that happened. It took me having to act up in almost every other way before I was sent to another home that things changed. Only to protect my foster family from the awful child they brought into their home. Not until I was the problem was something done. I’m just glad I was able to keep anything from happening to my little sister as we stayed together through it.
I was never in foster care, but I faced abuse in the home due to my Mother’s neglect and willingness to trust my life with total strangers. She allowed a man to stay in our home, he had just moved to America from Mexico and was fairly young(I think in his late teens to early adulthood). She had many issues with him while he lived there, but what he did to me was so much worse than her petty reason for kicking him out. I’m thankful every day that it wasn’t r*pe, but the molestation was enough to scar me for life and prevent me from ever coming out about it to any adults. Whenever I made even the slightest hint about what happened to me, it was always dismissed as a “bad dream”. Nobody ever believed me, so I stayed silent. From one survivor to another, I hope you’re healing ❤️🩹

Case loads are impossibly heavy. These child torturers are able to manipulate the system as in this case.
100% lie. I had to report abuse as a child. no adult was supporting me when I did so . I was believed . Kids cant always wait for an adult to save them. It's heartbreaking to actually hear a child say they won't come forward because they don't think anyone will believe them. This thing is just vile. He's not even worthy of being called a human being.
not really, he's been fed lies as you can have a retrial against someone if you come forward with new sufficient evidence. he has been fed lies to keep him in fear and have doubt in a system that will help him.
That phone call was so difficult to sit through. That poor boy counting the days and minutes... I don't know how someone could do that to a child. It's beyond disturbing.
Trust me this case will be known in whatever prison he will be at, dude will be in protective custody but sexually abusing 7+ kids puts a HUGE bounty on his head. Texas ain’t known for its “nice” prisons either. Have fun in hell.
Cases like this really get to me 😭! I am a Rape & DV Survivor. From 5 to 11 I was groomed, raped, abused, sold, & brainwashed. I have been through & witnessed horrific things. I would disassociate when bad things were happening to me. It’s sickening !! I can’t wrap my mind around wanting to abuse or hurt a child!! We are supposed to nurture, raise, protect, & love our children. Monsters like this need to be locked up period! They will NEVER change.
This pisses me off SOOO much. My cousin isn’t able to get pregnant. They spent years trying to adopt/foster but were denied. Her husband is in the military and they said that moving around as a child would harm the kid. Thank god, about 5 years after all this happened they had a miracle baby. But they are the most loving people I have ever met, and they got denied to have a family simply because they were a military family.
So the CPS system sees the Military as a problem for the children in the care of soldiers? How on earth can these two things co-exist? Surely a consistent job and structure/resources for the child would matter more then whether or not they'd have to move sometimes? Honestly situations like these make me think they probably interview people who want to adopt and if they think you won't molest them they won't let you have them or something. IT's the only way it makes sense this guy gets 9 kids and a military guy with a wife can't get 1

They definitely made him feel safe and heard enough to be able to actually get him help. He's a man now, he did what he had to do to save his brothers. Feeling safe and heard is a requirement for women, not saying that disparagingly, it is simply a fact that women are emotional and they require attention to these things and that's okay. Now that he is a man and understands the realities of danger, his feelings mattered less than the mission of saving his brothers. That's why he called the podcast knowing it was live and recorded and asked for help. He is a hero and so are the people from the podcast.

Im sickened by one of the podcast hosts… putting blame on the victim, saying if he doesn’t speak up he will basically be responsible for other kids getting hurt. He said the victim doesn’t seem to want help. The fear this victim is under is enough as it is.
It was unempathetic and a bad rushing tactic, some adults forget that 17 year olds are still kids and he couldnt put himself in the kids shoes. however, they were trying to help as much as they could
In defense of the podcast hosts, the guy wanted help but never gave them anything to help him with. Like, what the hell are you supposed to do in that scenario? They were giving him options and he kept shutting them down. Also, what if it was a prank call? What if it was someone who wasn't serious? What if it was someone trying to create fake allegations? They had every right to question him. I know, I know, he's a victim and all of that but it is still valid to question the victim about specific details so they can better help them. Each story has their side and we have to review ALL the evidence before making an educated conclusion on the matter. Not saying the victim is the wrong here or that they are faking it, but nowadays you can never be too sure.
I think it’s important to remember that when you’re learning about something as horrific as this story coming from a victim, this no doubt would have put the hosts in shock. When you’re in a state of shock it’s hard to think clearly and coherently. In his mind he was probably thinking that if he made it sound serious enough, the child would be more willing to report the crime, but it came out wrong. I’m sure now looking back, there’s a million things he realized he could have done differently.
@@saffrongirllol That's the worst defense you could have think. Even if can't help, he vould be more sensitive insted of blaming the victim and telling is his fault for not doing anything. The last thing they need is to hear an ignorant insensitive person who doesn't know anything about the topic. The hosts did an awful approchment of this.
I used to feel that way but once I became a paralegal for a child attorney my views changed. Since it’s a legal right for us to be appointed an attorney at trial she had to defend a man who had his child living in a feces filled room. She had to request to be removed from the case and when she found out the judge denied her request she slammed the door to her office from how pissed she was. If she chose to not defend him and didn’t show up for trial her license would have been taken away as an attorney here in NY. And if the judge gets a gist that you’re not doing all that you can to defend the persons being prosecuted then you’ll lose your license. It’s messed up
I work for a nonprofit that advocates for abused children. I'll never forget one case in particular, where all the siblings had to be put into different placement homes alone bc their father forced them to abuse each other. These kids literally had no one but us and they had a long range of issues from the abuse. The father got 3 life sentences and his face looked worse than this guy's in court. I remember thinking that it wasn't enough. These monsters deserve a special place in hell.
I looked up this case and I'm surprised to find he never converted to Judaism. He just began to claim he was a religious Jew, sometimes saying he was a rabbi and had grown up in NYC. His story began to unravel when he couldn't speak Yiddish or Hebrew.
He flashed his rainbow card and Child “protective” services have a “Do say gay really super hard” policy. It’s been like that for a good twenty years now. In CA it’s systematic trafficking
They are desperate for homes. All foster and adoptive parents are fingerprinted and investigated for any history of abuse and neglect. If there wasn’t criminal a history they couldn’t flag it.
I'm a OB nurse and I was denied in my country to foster kids because I'm a single mom. The law says I should be married. I'm surprised to know in the US they allowed single men to foster kids. He looks like a creep. Poor babies 😢
Single, married, heterosexual, homosexual, transgender, anyone over 21 and physically able to take care of themselves in the United States of America can be a foster or adoptive parent.
They will give kids to anyone in this country... as long as its not the bio parent. Can't make any money with the kids being with their actual parents.
@@debraanderson7086 it should be that way, as long as they are not abusing kids. Being married is a terrible requirememnt. Here you are with children who are in foster care because they have NO able bodied parents. But one able bodied parent can't give a child a home because they dont have a spouse? They'd rather let a child have no loving home at all than be taken care of by a single loving person. Backwards.
The 17 year old who made the call seems like he was correct about nothing would be done (after already experiencing nothing being done before, you can't blame him for being somewhat pessimistic), and so he was scared to come forward. How TF did they release him on bond so he could continue abusing the children? JFC.
Pedophiles take on positions of authority to protect other pedophiles. Think of all the child rapist who only got a slap on the wrist or let free. Think of all the cases of CPS doing nothing to protect children. Think of the fact that multiple judges and policemen have been caught participating in pedophile rings and sex trafficking rings.
I was bullied so bad I was scared to go to school and because of this was put in an institution, a psych nurse(male)touched me, I'm not comfortable being more specific. That could have easily made him not want to say anything, what a horrible weight to add to this kid's shoulders.
Two weeks later that same perp broke into a young couples apartment by smashing down their sliding glass doors.

Unreal.

it was in the heat of the moment and they were pressuring him in order to tell someone, if it werent for the podcast it mightve still been going on, they wanted him to report him, they were trying to make him feel empathetic and think for the other kids, it was fully wrong but it was one of the reasons that he got arrested
It feels like the podcaster who was also a CSA victim still had a lot of unresolved issues and they were speaking to the victim like they would have spoken to themselves in that situation. Because they are saying they wished they'd been braver, implying the victim wasn't brave because they, understandably, feared their abuser.
But again, they should unpack that in therapy before projecting those ideas onto another victim.

literally, im suprised there isnr a comment like this addressing it with a bunch of likes.
This is a podcast. They aren’t prepared for calls like this
The gay boy is projecting on him. The deeper voice guy is more helpful I’ll say.
My adoptive parents were loving and kind. I was blessed to have them.

How you think??
He is chosen.

Finally someone said this !!! They’re victim blaming him and have no idea how complicated his situation is. They did little to validate his real concerns
i know this dude asked “is he actually penetrating” like wtf kinda stupid ass question is that” wtf do you think rape is 😭
I don't think they were manipulating him, I think they were just flooded at what they were hearing and maybe was making sure he wasn't lying about it.
Nobody listens to these children!!
omg thank you. i was sitting here being like "am i the only one noticing them trying to guilt him for not going to the police/accidently leaving out info?" ik the podcast ended up doing a lot to help the kids and get this case noticed, but like..... wtf
Plus whatever religious guilt he used to force their silence.
Infuriating, the tone felt sarcastic and rude. I am surprised he didn’t end the podcast in the beginning.
podcasters were awful
I understand the victims don’t need more guilt but I think the podcasters just really wanted to help him. They knew they needed more information from him so they were frustrated and trying to get it any way they could so they could help
It's crazy to me how I've heard of good people who wanted to adopt a child so badly, went through all sorts of legal hoops, just to be denied for stupid reasons, like they're income wasn't high enough for the system, yet they had enough income to live comfortably, or other stupid things, yet this monster had no problem adopting 9 boys without a problem... this world is so messed up...
On purpose. Because pedos create new pedos. And the swamp is full of them.
Because it's deliberate
"So how do you expect us to give you help, babe?" WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK?!?!?!?!?

I’m just glad I was able to keep anything from happening to my little sister as we stayed together through it.
sorry man.
He has got to be a weirdo, men can't wait till kids get out of sleeping w parents, most top toe them back to there own room. But a young bachelor wanting a batch of damaged young boys so he can once and for all destroy them all together 🤦🏽 people honestly get paid to ok this Idiocracy
The clue is in the little hat...
Never trust someone with a haircut like that.
I'm scared just looking at it.
All boys at that! Why wouldn’t he adopt any girls? These poor kids deserved so much better
Im sickened by one of the podcast hosts… putting blame on the victim, saying if he doesn’t speak up he will basically be responsible for other kids getting hurt. He said the victim doesn’t seem to want help. The fear this victim is under is enough as it is.
Exactly
If he didn't know if it was real ot not, he should have not make those comments either way. People will listen to this, victims will listen to this. The last thing they need is to hear an ignorant insensitive person who doesn't know anything about the topic. The hosts did an awful approchment of this.
Very rare that I believe a lawyer actually cares but that lady is clearly disgusted by his child abuse.

I guess it tracks with him now claiming to be a hospice patient with no proof..
So suprise- he was a pathological liar. Typical of a sex offender.
He was Jewish
May be he thought there was less suspicion of a Rabbi than a Catholic priest. Predators know their sick trade, as it is their major focus of power.
He wasn't a Jew he faked it. He tried to pose as a hashid...@@USMCLib3rty
What I hate is that he always looks so confused in court. Like he just has no idea why he’s there.
It’s cause he probably don’t know why he’s there cause he’s innocent until proving guiltie. Kids lying to ruin him life
@@OneHunnitNoCapStannitOnBidniszslit.
Yes doing his best to act like he did nothing .
@ginosko_ lol yes multiple kids who have nowhere else to live and no family to lean on lied on him for their enjoyment? Big brain energy.

You're not fooling us, we know what you really think.
What’s worse is the child who called in was arrested with a felony for sexual abuse of a child
Hurt ppl hurt people 🥺🥺🥺
No it was his older sibling notthe one who called in
His pretending to need a wheelchair and making confused faces and shaking his head during the court statements was so infuriating to watch
He might be in a chair because he was beaten up. His partially bruised face is likely evidence of that.
That shit got on my fkn nerves! I hope he gets karma in jail
how is a single man allowed to adopt children when a single woman is turned down, and married couples are turned down at times ??
Don't cry just because a man gets something for once
There are single woman who adopt children all the time actually... more often than single men.. If you're wealthy or rich then your a shoe in.
That’s easy, $$$$$$
He flashed his rainbow card and Child “protective” services have a “Do say gay really super hard” policy. It’s been like that for a good twenty years now. In CA it’s systematic trafficking
They are desperate for homes. All foster and adoptive parents are fingerprinted and investigated for any history of abuse and neglect. If there wasn’t criminal a history they couldn’t flag it.
I think all of these family influencers need to be investigated
Couldn't agree more, especially with what's coming out recently..too many of them exploit and ab*se their children.
Agreed. The harts, daughtery dozen etc...
Yes, I do too, especially the baby Gronk Dad

Blood stained mattresses under the Chabad synagogue in NYC, where the famous tunnels were found... Nothing to see here, move along. 😮🤮😈
@@debraanderson7086 I hope they have a good psychological examination. And they should also keep an eye on their social media too
They will give kids to anyone in this country... as long as its not the bio parent.
Backwards.
Who TF let someone adopt 9 kids. That isn't a family its a boys home and a single man does not need his own harem of boys.
Right was bloody obvious bet he never once asked for a girl. Coz he CLEARLY HAS A THING for wee boys
The “all of my brothers are here” broke me. I heard the pain in his voice
"all my brothers are here" that's so noble he didnt want to leave his brothers. That's so sad.
The 17 year old who made the call seems like he was correct about nothing would be done (after already experiencing nothing being done before, you can't blame him for being somewhat pessimistic), and so he was scared to come forward. How TF did they release him on bond so he could continue abusing the children? JFC.
because america is infested with pedoohiles and has been for centuries. most of these judges/people in power are the same way as him
🇮🇱
Pedophiles take on positions of authority to protect other pedophiles. Think of all the child rapist who only got a slap on the wrist or let free. Think of all the cases of CPS doing nothing to protect children. Think of the fact that multiple judges and policemen have been caught participating in pedophile rings and sex trafficking rings.
I was bullied so bad I was scared to go to school and because of this was put in an institution, a psych nurse(male)touched me, I'm not comfortable being more specific. He said no one would believe me, and when I tried to tell someone they just said something like: "all of the ppl working here care about you and would never hurt any of you". I left the institution and endured the bullying instead. That was 24 years ago. Even nowadays I constantly see cases in the news about healthcare workers abusing pepple, even the elderly or coma patients, and the punishments here are non existent. It is disgusting.
Males are so evil
I hope you fully heal from this❤
I'm so sorry that happened to you. I had a friend in a similar situation its absolutely disgusting the people we think we can trust go and do that. Makes it hard to trust anyone. I hope you are doing ok and I'm sure you have heard it all before. All I can say is u are brave in being open about it and it might encourage someone else to get help or speak out..may even prevent someone else going through it. Nobody deserves that and I hope you got some measure of solace over the years. If you ever need to talk about it I'm here along with so many others willing to talk too. Thank you for sharing your story.
Coming from a guy who got graped by his own father,I’m utterly DISGUSTED!
I'm so sorry about your experience. I hope your case was finished with justice, may good fortune shine down upon you
as a child of adoption there's no worse feeling than going to your adoptive home and expecting a loving family and getting the exact opposite. My adoptive mother physically and emotionally abused me and my "brother" molested me. I unfortunately have personal experience with this type of situation and I thank you so much for covering this. These kids are gonna be in therapy for the rest of their lives, I hope they get the help they need.

Every government official knew this man was what he is, but didn't care about the children and need to be investigated.
Facts. They knew. Most ppl don’t want 9 kids biological or adoptive.
Agreed
The government is FULL of Pedophiles. Google FBI child porn sites.
Can you imagine the feelings this child was having when he realized he was being left with his abuser, instead of being helped? After mustering the courage and strength to finally get “help”.
Government let these things happen for research, in Germany orphan boys were placed with ped0philes intentionally for decades bc some ppl in academia claimed "it was good for the kids" look it up it's true as unbelievable as it sounds.
The fact u can even adopt 9 kids is insane at least two or three would suffer from serious neglect under any roof.
Notice how they didnt include any specific information about him? They absolutely would say "this priest this sheikh" but never be detailed about THEM
"It sounds like you don't really want help." from one of the podcasters. That's actually so gross to say.
IKR??? Like, he already went to get help multiple times and the justice system failed him. He need to make his next move calculated so that his father could actually get arrested and these podcasters literally victim-blame him and do nothing of value to help
It's so insane to even think that nonetheless let it come out your mouth. "Don't want help" like you trying to imply he WANTS to be touched? WTF is wrong with you? He wants nothing more than help that's why he's trying to make a SUCCESFUL case unlike the last 8 investigations and court case
@@ratboytherapscallion4003 i completely agree that these podcasters sounded like serious scumbags, but they did call the cops and something is finally being done about the situation. i would consider that something of value :)
Seriously, they aren't even taking into account that this is still very much a child. They also told him the abuser will likely be killed if he goes to the cops which was such a bad idea. That could have easily made him not want to say anything, what a horrible weight to add to this kid's shoulders.
@@jojocaitlin8508 they’re wimps. Why didn’t they just let him? Didn’t they like it? Why not? They need to be more open and not so negative
The fact that he magically ended up with nine foster children -- all males -- should have been red flag #1.
