@@Konkingkong you're probably doing it right because it does hit the triceps really well. I would say that making sure too keep a slight arch in your back and your chest out helps involve your chest the most. Also flare your elbows out away from your sides a little. Going slow on the eccentric portion will help you build muscle.
I use 55 pound dumbbells and I do 4 sets of 15 and my chest looks crazy big. I had been flat benching and getting NO RESULTS IN MY CHEST. My arms got bigger, but my Chest wouldn't grow. This exercise has been a MIRACLE for my Chest. I Love it!!!!

Man of Steel Go up to 60lbs and do sets of 12. Studies have shown that sets of 8-12 induce the most hypertrophy (chest size)
