    Yoga wakes some people up but for me its so calming. I like to do this routine while my workout is winding down.

    finished day 90 I can't believe I made it! I'm usually such a lazy person but this program really motivated me, I've lost weight, gained strength, I just feel so much better. Everyone on the program definitely keep with it!!

    Yoga really is the best workout that anyone can do. It strengthens your core, making all your other workouts more effective

    day 78 complete! these workouts still kick my butt but there is definitely a physically noticeable difference and I feel much more stronger as well

    Just wanted to say thank you to BeFit, Garret, Sam, and all the others. My body and mind have changed drastically over the last three months, so much of it due to your help with getting healthy. I'm so proud and excited to continue on my road to health!

    Day 65 done. This one kicked my rear so much that I had to stop for breaks during the yoga. I like it. ;)

    Day 90 officially kicked !!!!! I loved this program,, it improved my strength ,,flexibility,, filled me up with a lot of energy....my body is looks much better....

      Why is video 2 of day 32 marked private? I noticed that it was yoga - is this the level 2 yoga for the second 30 days?

    This is why I love BeFit. I am on my second round of the 30 Day Fat Burn workout program - this is excellent, because I'm a new Mummy and have hardly any time to work out. I discovered this yoga series and have been adding it on when I have a free 10 minutes to include the benefits of yoga. I did this today, after not doing this particular workout in a while, and I've noticed a huge improvement in my ability and performance, especially with the half moon and the plank pose with the leg lift. These workouts are excellent, free and compliment each other so well. I hope to do the BeFit in 90 program once my baby is a bit older. Thanks, BeFit, for such great workouts.

    I like the variation of putting hands on shins when looking up from forward fold. So much easier to maintain a flat back many thanks

    quite inspired ...goin to start it from tomorrow morning....i desperately need to lose atleast 10kgs...will i be able to do that in 90 days ?

    I didn't do the program to lose weight. I did notice more definition in my muscles though.

    This is an exercise slightly based on yoga, without the breathing, the holding or the slow pace.

    has anyone had results from this? how much weight/ inches were lost? I was about to buy the Power 90 program for $70 and I happened to find this instead. I can't find many examples of results online though.

    No offense but what do you mean by using the word "Power" in what you call power yoga? Every asana you use in your workout is simplified into an easier version of the traditional practice.
    btw the posture of the 2 guys throughtout the workout is so wrong that they risk knee injury, the trainer girl should correct them instead of keep talking!
