I'm a beekeeper and our lands suffer from the lack of animals. We've chased away the wild ones and there are less and less domestic animals. Because of that, bees and other wildlife have a big problem. There are fewer flowers, let's keep it on flowers or grass. Land needs animals to leave their poop, so later on, we can have more flowers or better quality of grass. Hope you understand the point. Cheers.
Another thing you haven't mentioned. Here, you can ask ladies for their age, and they will usually, USUALLY answer you, without being offended. My experience in the USA, which was only ten months, tells me that things are quite different over there. Correct me if I am wrong, please.

you can't actually discuss your sallary in serbia either. perhaps teenagers and students discuss such topics around their friends because they're paid less than graduates, middle-aged and older workers, but not very many people actually discuss their sallaries with others (unless with family members)

Here in Serbia, many dog owners let them walk whether they want. I had problems with sheeps and chikens when I was child, because I lived in village on mountain. I drived tractor at age of 9. I also bringed many tools with my friends in my woods, and we made many tiny cottages, it had bed, furniture, even place where to cook food. You had to let yoir cows graze in morning and evening... I went from ileggal to beautiful stuff very fast.
Im not from Serbia but you’re right about the dog shit for the most part. Its worth mentioning though that most of the dog shit you are seeing in the city is from stray dogs. The Balkans have a problem with that and generally Eastern Europe. Too many stray packs. Urban people are generally conscious about picking up after their dog, but there are exceptions.

The only place I know of in the States where you can take alcohol outside in a 'Go Cup' is in New Orleans. I don't know about open bottles, though. In the States, it just plain rude and ill-manered to ask people about their salary. And yes, some people do it,mostly in the high tech industry or between close friends if discussing salaries in general. If someone here in Spain ask me how much it costs to take a class with me, I'd say anywhere from X number of euros but it depends....if someone asked me directly, I would just say 'enough for my needs'.

Depends. I used to buy alcohol at 14, albeit 8 years ago, when nothing was as violently enforced as it is now. Personally, ID checks disgust me for pretty much anything, except maybe buying cigarettes when you're 8 or 9 years old, but even then you can do it. Most of our stores have regulars who are adults with children, so if a child buys cigarettes or alcohol, the cashiers assume it's for the parents and let kids get away with it
You can buy alchocol like when you are 10 and our moms and uncles always give us RAKIJA even if its the strongest drink in the worls literally. And all kids love alchocol😂❤️
You can smoke cigarettes under 18, but you can't buy them under 18. You can use certain illegal fireworks, but you cannot purchase them. These apply to U.S.
.....you can indeed drink alcohol outisde in the United States. Now maybe there are rules and regulations by city about walking around the streets with an open container but there are plenty of outdoor festivals we can walk around outisde with alcohol. You won't get arrested in all places all over the USA if you have an open alcohol container. Don't be confused.

No you can’t drink publicly. If you get caught you go to jail. Only exceptions are New Orleans and Las Vegas. They don’t care there as long as you aren’t publicly drunk.

It's not legal to let your dog poop on the street here and not pick up after it, but people do it anyway. I think that it is safe to say that the majority of dog owners do not pick up after their dogs because of the lack of concern for others and the public hygiene. The only thing that might make them change this behavior would be getting fined by the communal police, and since the risk of getting caught is minimal, they, unfortunately, just don't care. It's much easier to think: "The street cleaners will do the job for me next time they come by." As for the still not having stepped into a dog poop - it's bound to happen eventually :) , specially if you live downtown. Kidding aside, in my experience, Dorćol has the most problem with this issue.
For the smoking part. If you don't smoke, you get used to smoke everywhere. Secondary smoke is not a big deal unless it's super small room with a lot of smokers in. For the dog poopers, yeah, we hate them too, it's against the law but it's a minor offense, like jaywalking. And those people who let their dogs poop wherever or pee on entrances I confront whenever I see. Young, old, muscular, fat, male or female. I get rude. And all of y'all should too.

Every time Radnicki plays against Partizan or Crvena Zvezda ( both soccer clubs from Belgrade ) there are more Niš citizens supporting these two belgrade teams reather than supporting hometown team. It's not legal to let your dog poop on the street here and not pick up after it, but people do it anyway. I think that it is safe to say that the majority of dog owners do not pick up after their dogs because of the lack of concern for others and the public hygiene. The only thing that might make them change this behavior would be getting fined by the communal police, and since the risk of getting caught is minimal, they, unfortunately, just don't care. It's much easier to think: "The street cleaners will do the job for me next time they come by."
As for the still not having stepped into a dog poop - it's bound to happen eventually :) , specially if you live downtown. Kidding aside, in my experience, Dorćol has the most problem with this issue.

For the smoking part. If you don't smoke, you get used to smoke everywhere. Secondary smoke is not a big deal unless it's super small room with a lot of smokers in. For the dog poopers, yeah, we hate them too, it's against the law but it's a minor offense, like jaywalking. And those people who let their dogs poop wherever or pee on entrances I confront whenever I see. Young, old, muscular, fat, male or female. I get rude. And all of y'all should too.

well yes, but in Serbia you can buy alcohol or cigarets with less than 15 years old... even with 12 or 13 years...I have see that many times...even parents send little children 10 years old to buy Alcohol or cigarets for them... at celebrations, even parents allow small children 8 years old to drink wine, beer, or brandy ...

I am pretty sure we have a law that says you supose to pick that shit up after your dog/cat/whatever finishes its job.. Its just that nobody gives a fuck about it.. Like jaywalking or selling alchohol and tobacco to minors (u18).. We got laws but cops dont give a fuck and people give even less of a fuck about it.. Its even worse in the provinces. I use to buy smokes and beer when i was like 12-13, no probs.. even before that for my dad.. Nobody ever asked me for my age or anything. And for crossing the street, well the most important thing is you dont get hit by a car, rest is less important :D
That tells me that kids arent getting parented and that most Belgrade parents have been teaching their kids to be gold diggers or crooks.. Its present in the rest of Serbia aswell but Belgrade is no 1.

Every time Radnicki plays against Partizan or Crvena Zvezda ( both soccer clubs from Belgrade ) there are more Niš citizens supporting these two belgrade teams reather than supporting hometown team.
