You are totally right about Russia, I am Serbian and live in the West, and I know people from all over, and I noteced we Serbs have so much in common with so many other nationalities rather than Russia. Unfortunatelly many people in Serbia likes Russians and Russia but dont even know Russians and how different they are from us.

So true. Never be scared to come to Serbia. You can literally walk in the middle of the night alone and no one is gonna bother you. I mean, of course there are always idiots, but it's very peaceful in general. No one has weapons with them, so you don't have tk worry about that. Everyone speaks damn good English, half the kids go to language schools to learn it from young age, so you will always be able to get information about anything you need. And as a person that was born in Serbia, I love Russia, it's not that bad here or there. People are not that rich but that's the only thing. Mafia is bad, but you never have contact with those people. And America is represented as the bad one here so you just have to forget about stereotypes and base your beliefs on true facts
Have you mostly spent your time in Belgrade? The issue is that my grandparents live in North Vojvodina in a small town (I am Hungarian who doesn't speak Serbian) and I barely ever come across people who speak English. 😱😱 Communication can be difficult that way.
The learing the language is a good gesture buuuut serbian is a bit harder grammaticly then other languages but its no finnish so learn the basics. Great vid btw ❤❤❤
You are living in Belgrade? We have a LEGO club, and do some great workshops, I beleive you would find yourself at home on those. Can I leave contact/references somewhere? Tnx Ivan (from Belgrade:)

Skoro sam zaplakao kad je devojka rekla da Srbija i Rusija nisu losi kao sto nas Amerikanci pretstavljaju i da su Amerikanci ustvari ti koji su losi svaka joj cast 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤ i love you girl you are all right
I started learning english when I was 3. Im from Serbia. And only thing that is same in both countrys is that we are Sloveni. Of cours there is more simmilarty like some words but the thing that is completly the same whitch I said is that we are Sloveni. Coratian,Bosnia,Bugarian and Crna Gora are more simmlier the us than Russian .Belo Russija is more simmlier to Russian.
You are such a babe! Thank you for clearing out commonly misunderstood things about my lovely country. Pozdrav iz Beograda ❤️
I was born and raised in Serbia and I know english like mother tongue
You are totally right about Russia, I am Serbian and live in the West, and I know people from all over, and I noteced we Serbs have so much in common with so many other nationalities rather than Russia. Unfortunatelly many people in Serbia likes Russians and Russia but dont even know Russians and how different they are from us.
Thanks, pretty nice explanation and finally someone honest to clarify things and prejudices about Serbia and Serbian people.
I LOVE YOU❤️ Btw I am from Serbia and thank you for this video and all this nice comments ❤️

Back in time
The Cold War
Yugoslavia said no to Stalin
And said WE ARE NEUTRAL
A country has a right to
its self-determination.
And the non-aligned movement was established in Belgrade in 1961.
Thank you for this video. Greetings from Novi Sad. :)
Soooooo true Nwando. I’ve traveled throughout the Balkans including Serbia this past summer and definitely it is super safe compared to like ermmm hrmmm USA. I’ve gotten the same questions from those back home in US when I was traveling the Balkans like, “is it safe? Isn’t it dangerous as a solo female traveler?!” Gosh. They’ve got it all wrong.
Most people from Serbia that are older than 30 speak english terably,so you have mostly spoken with people younger than that, that speak it perfectly.
Nice! Thanks for this Amerikanko ☺
Im from Serbia and no number 3 is not tru we are not warm people ! We are HOT people

Thanks for sharing positivity about my,and now, your country :D you're amazing, keep up the good work :) as for us speaking very good English,I'm not so sure about that.Depends on who you try to communicate with. But still, people tend to be hospitable nevertheless,I guess. Will you stay here permanently eventually?

We have a habit of being nicer to guests than to each other, so have no worries if you are coming to Serbia
Thank you!!!
TNX MY SISTER !!! WE LOVE YOU :)
Well me and my buddies were volunteers in the red cross in Subotica, and we had foreigners visiting from time to time, and we would bend over backwards to take them to clubs and party.Even today as adults,we ocasionaly meet people from other countries and take them on drinking crusades xD I just love those drunk emotional moments when the foreigner declares me his brother from another mother and saying how wonderfull my country is
Obozavam te! (I love you so much)
Thank you for the kind words! :D
You are the QUEEN im from serbia 😋❤
Serbia cannot be that bad when we have an American Goddess living there....ето потврђено...Небеска Земља !
RESPECT our American sister keep being beautiful :)
My finger goes up for you ;)
Very positive
The learing the language is a good gesture buuuut serbian is a bit harder grammaticly then other languages but its no finnish so learn the basics. Great vid btw ❤❤❤
You are awesome lady, thank you much for honesty!
You are living in Belgrade? We have a LEGO club, and do some great workshops, I beleive you would find yourself at home on those. Can I leave contact/references somewhere?
Tnx
Ivan (from Belgrade:)
I really love your videos , and you inspire me to want to travel to Serbia and move their a lot as well as some other foreign countries that I have always wanted to travel and move to such as Russia. I really like that you chase your dreams no matter what :) , from Erin Pape
When I met a girl from Washington, she could not believe was from Serbia.
*Because of my English, and accent.
thank you :)
I love you The Amerikanka!Srbin :-)
The rest of the world need to see your video i mean like asia, western europe, america
What you sead about Serbian speaking English is true, bicouse we start learning basics in kindergarten and at school we have English 4 times a week every day.
