I never would have thought about using real cauliflower and making a mold. Brilliant idea. Beautiful work.
Thanks! I make moulds basically out of everything🤗I don't think anyone will ever talk me into buying a 3D printer as long as I have bi-component silicon!
Same😊
The baking paper technique is new to me. Thank you so much. Your teaching is very clear.
Thank you very much. I've been making miniature for over 15 years but TH-cam and tutorials are a whole new world, so I appreciate your encouragement!
@@CeciliaPMiniatures I am not sure what you mean by "baking paper"? Do you mean sulphured or parchment paper, or waxed paper?
@@fredericapanon207 it's waxed paper, yes!
Hermoso trabajo, me encanta 😍 tú trabajo. Lo amé!
Esperando más ❤
Oh man. I dug up some tiny potatoes that were doll size. I should have made a mold of them. They were super cute!
Also Brussels sprouts could work as doll size cabbages (in 1:6), but they're too big for 1:12 unfortunately!
@@CeciliaPMiniatures My dolls are 1:12 But maybe some immature Brussels could work.
Beautiful! A real “teaching “ tutorial - clear, easy explanations, and I loved the printing on baking paper idea. Thank you
The crate came out super cute! And I am blown away by those vegetables! So tiny and perfect!
I'm so glad I stumbled onto this video. The crate looked great and the vegetables looked real. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you. This a perfect tutorial, you left nothing out. I feel very confident I could make this.
Oh I see you’re new. I wish you luck and look forward to more videos. You’re very good.
Thank you so much! Yes, I'm super new to TH-cam as a creator, I've been learning a lot about miniatures in the past 15 years here on this platform, so I thought I could start sharing some of my tricks!
What a great idea to use a real cauliflower to create a mold, and the leaves look great too, both the cabbage and cauliflower look so realistic, tfs Julie 🇬🇧
Thank you, glad you liked it!
Quelles bonnes idées ! Bravo et merci!
Thank goodness I found you tonight. You are a true miniature artist. Great tutorial.
Thank you very much for the encouragement!
Skills and your techniques are the most important part to make your product successful Ty’s for ur videos like it ❣️
This is a fabulous make. Using real cauliflower head amazing. Something I will try xx thank you ❤
Shyra at Queen City Minis recommended your video.
Wow! Like her videos, this one is filled with tips and tricks.
Great job!
For once I'm happy at you tube suggesting your tutorial ...I learnt so much and you made it so easy for me to understand ...thank you so much 🌿
This video was magnificent! I was glued (LOL) to my screen from start to finish. Thank you for sharing your talent and teaching others 😊
This is one of the most creative videos on TH-cam! Thank you for sharing this!
Wow, that's super kind, thanks!
Well done. Shows you can use almost anything as a mold.
I just found your channel tonight and I am hooked. So awesome.
Beautiful work! I love the cauliflower and cabbage heads!
Perfect skills for a perfect and clean modelled endresult.🙂
Such a brilliant artist! Thank you for sharing your creativity!
Im in complete awe at your creativity!! Beautiful and amazing!!
Thank you for sharing❤
You are very inventive. And your choice of subject was great.
Wow. I have learned a lot from this video. Now I want to make some mini veggies too. Thumbs up to you and have a nice day.
😮omgggggg they look so so very real 😮 that's amazing 👏 😍 looking forward to more videos from you 😀 I can't wait ❤ xxxxx
Canon in D background music🎶, nice 😊
Really beautifully done! Thanks for the tutorial.
I enjoyed seeing the bits of colors you used and how they resulted in a hint of the color you needed. The bright yellow for the off white of the cauliflower, the neon green for the lettuce. It's so satisfying to watch. 😊
Thanks, what a pleasant observation to make!
This beats all I've ever seen! Ha ha fabulous, I love it. :)
I LOVE THIS!!❤️🥰 I have subscribed and will be sharing this with Tiny Friends. I want to definitely give this a try. I have been wanting to get some of the mold putty. This is brilliant and came out so realistic. Thank you so much for sharing!❤🥰
This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!❤ Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful tutorial with us. I can't tell you how much I love this! It is really FANTASTIC!💥❤💕
Meticulous and so beautifully presented. They are very very believable. :-)
Absolutely fabulous. I’m sick impressed and inspired.
Brilliant! I love both projects! I’m thrilled to have found your channel. I hope to see many more videos by you. I have subscribed and hit the notification bell. Your instructions are so easy to understand. Great job! ❤
Thank you not only beautiful to watch and learn but relaxing as well.
Thanks!
Great tutorial! I learned a lot and will use it going forward. Thanks for posting!
Thank you, glad to hear that!
Can you please include links to the products you are using? The 2 part silicone mold, and the air dry clay specifically. Thx
Ok, I will. The bi-component silicone putty was purchased at a miniature fair years ago but they can be found online as well, I'll see if there's this one specifically. The air drying clay is by Fimo and I bought it on Amazon. I'll add the links soon anyway, thanks for letting me know
Relajante,Confortable ,Bellisimo Trabajo,Me Encanto!
So cute! I'm fascinatsd by the fractals in cauliflower, and this might be the best use of it.
Nature is amazing. I've also made a mould with a bit of romanesco cauliflower which has fractals too and it turned out great, although I had to use regular polymer clay and bake the piece before extracting it from the mould, otherwise I would have dmaadegd the details. This one is rounded and flat so it was easier.
This is all so clever and helpful! Thank you, I‘ll definitely make both these minis now!
Thank you, glad to hear that!
Absolutely brilliant, and such an in depth video. Ty
The imperfection of printing on wood makes it perfect 👍
So beautifully made. Thank you 😊
Brilliant! Thanks for sharing your technique!
I've been hesitant to get into the silicone mold making but you make it look so easy!
Yes, it's really easy and it's got infinite potential, you can virtually replicate anything, from food to cutlery, even stone urns! (I made a short about the last one)
The pastel and glue to make rust is genius
Very nice!! Love it, thank you so much for sharing ❤
I dont know how I ended up with this video, but I am just so impressed❤ You have got a new subscriber and fan❤
Simply splendid job! FYI - you can mix alcohol and glue in about a 1 to 6 ratio and make a simple glaze/sealer. I am frugal and save everything I can 🤣💞
Thank you! I had this feeling that alcohol might do something...in fact, for a moment I thought about spraying some perfume on the crate but then thought otherwise. Your mix sounds much better, I'll give it a try!
@@CeciliaPMiniatures Polymer glue works the best but pva does too. Polymer is harder to find here in the US, unfortunately.
You can try to seal it with unscented hairspray.
@@karinberonius8799 I think it could work! I don't have any at home and don't use it so I didn't really want to buy it just for this one project. But I'm pretty confident it works!
Работа на высшем уровне! Здорово! Огромное спасибо, что поделились своим мастерством! Удачи Вам во всем! 🇷🇺
Спасибо Вам 🤓
Que caixote de vegetais mais lindo! Os detalhes são incríveis, amei! Que trabalho de miniatura gracioso, lindo, lindo! Parabéns! 😍
Hi Cecelia! Please make more videos! You're really talented. 💖
Thanks! I certainly hope to make more videos!
Adorable!!! You are so talented!!!
I Like minaturethings. Many things, what created is wonderful. Maby so funny🤩.
Absolutely amazing!
I've never seen anything so lifelike!
You are most definitely a true artist, so glad to have found you.
Naturally I've subscribed 💜
Thank you, that's so kind of you!
Hahaha! Ooh, I love it! Something about those teensy cauliflowers makes me really happy 😊 I wish I had bought one today! This was a brilliant tutorial. You are very easy to listen to and you give very clear instructions. So glad I seen the message from Shyla recommending your channel. I can't wait to create my first mini cauli! Thank you so much x ❤
Thanks! It was very kind of her to mention this channel, especially because it is just a baby channel, I'm super new to TH-cam as a creator (of course I've been learning a lot from this platform over the years, but never made tutorials). Also I'm glad you say that you can understand me, some people said that I speak too soft and cannot hear properly. I will try to speak louder in future videos.
@@CeciliaPMiniaturesyour baby channel will be a fully fledged adult soon! Maybe get a mega phone, haha! On my phone, you sound pitch perfect. Really love your work. You inspired me to make some mini cabbage people 😊 I used the leaves to get impressions on the clay and they look really cute. Next time I go shopping, I'll be making cauli people! x
Loved this, so enjoyable to watch and so many great ideas ❤
My goodness this is all so clever! I don't have a laser printer but I'll try with my Inkjet one and see if it works. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks! I've never tried with an ink jet, it might work though!
I've got neither. I use a regular pencil and parchment paper to copy and transfer my drawings. But after seeing this, I think I'll try it, but with my typewriter! 😅
@@karinberonius8799 sounds great! Love that you have a typewriter
This is absolutely adorable!
Absolutely beautiful!

Thanks a lot!
So beautiful 🎉🎉
beautiful, you are so talented
It's really amazing! So detailing! I`m enchanted! 😍
Very good!
Really clever, they look real 😊❤❤
That was excellent! I never thought about using a mold and real veggies to reproduce them in miniature. Thank you for the inspiration!
Thanks! I have also made a Short about the same process with another real vegetable (romanesco broccoli), although the video quality is very poor, and it doesn't really do it justice. I'll have to take a picture of the final result and publish in a post
Great tutorial thank you 😊
Thank you for sharing!
OH THIS IS SICK CRAZY GOOD!!!
