Two small respectful suggestions. 1) Could you go a little slower through the homes you video? You zip through them a bit too quickly. At least spend more time in the kitchen and primary BR & Bath. 2) This is totally my OCD kicking in, but can you fix that white spot on the wall behind you? It’s near your right elbow. I tend to stare at that and stop paying attention to what you are saying. I know, that’s my problem.😂 - Looking forward to your next TH-cam.

Hi. Does this community allow fences in the back yards, including for lots that back up to water?
Yes, you are allowed to have black aluminum fences on all lots. You cannot have a privacy fence on any lot in the community.
