@@lifeinmb 40k profit wouldn’t even cover a mortgage that size. I feel like you’re not accounting for all of the 90k in expenses, and essentially this property can’t support itself and doesn’t cash flow??
Very informative video‼️Thanks‼️‼️‼️
When I vacation, I need 24 hr staff. Usually, that means a hotel.

What the short term housing rules with the county? Is Airbnb still allowed
The county does not have any restrictions with short term rentals. Some towns have restrictions in certain areas.

Yeah, lots of expenses come with short term rentals. Glad to hear your property is doing well!
Is that 40k profit after mortgage payments?
No, this scenario is without a mortgage

@@wespos We highlighted all expenses except for a mortgage. As a cash deal this one works, with financing it does not.

800k and 9k in taxes? For a beach access house? That’s like half price of the north. If not less.
It’s pretty great!
800k..to make 40k😁
For sure the owner can make a lot more money with long term..and less headaches .....video 👍
Investment preferences will vary per individual! With a STR they'd be able to utilize their home as well! LTR are great for strictly investing!
