Off season is the best in Myrtle beach,all the stores are close, hurricane season, just have to keep watching the news,it did flood where i lived.but other then that wasn't bad.conway floods lot.and watch your surroundings. Broadway at the beach.the best pizza in Myrtle beach is Gino's.the also have Jersey bagles,its a real deli. traffic on 501 can get backed up, i lived there 8 years other than that i like living in Myrtle Beach.

Did you make this video before or after Hurricane Helene? I spoke to a friend living in Myrtle Beach and her home is totally surrounded by water - intracoastal flooding behind her house and beach flooding in the front. Her house sits in between. I do not see any standing water anywhere. Thank you.

I like Chesapeake but they have a price range gap it seems - not much available in the $400’s with ready available homes.

Thanks for the video Nick. I do see lower prices in some of these area you mentioned. does that mean trouble? Longs is an example. How bad is the flooding (especially with hurricane Helene)? Does lower prices indicate previous damage? I'm looking to move to SC close to the shore, but I am so leery of the potential flooding.

I retire in 5yrs from Ohio. Where are the small older homes on 2, 3, 4 acres of land? North of Conway? Im so tired of Subdivisions, HOA's and neighbors to close. Whereas the hillbilly homes!? 😀

So many homes being built in flood zones!!!!!! It is absolutely ridiculous. I guarantee you have sold flood zone homes. Which btw is very shitty. Does not surprise me though, because people like you do not care about nothing but the money.

North Myrtle is a GREAT place to live! You can get a BEAUTIFUL, remodeled manufactured home for UNDER $125,000, put the rest of your money in the bank after selling your big money home in FL, NY or NJ. ZILLOW is the way to go when house hunting in the North Myrtle Beach area!!

We live in Creek Harbour for the past 18 years and respect the fact that you didn't try and follow the car in that was at the gate. We are the number one neighborhood in the Prince Creek area and are proud of it. Nice vid, but please try and keep our little slice of paradise a secret ! 😂😂
