I really appreciate that the patterns allow for something more to look at than traditional stars and flying geese ( although I adore traditional blocks and designs). I get desperate to find a quilt pattern that gives the viewer unique artwork to look at. Thank you for your beautiful designs ❤️
It would make a great Quilts of Valor quilt! You may need to add a little extra borders on it to bring it up to their minimum size, but other than that it would be perfect.

I recently purchase a yard of fabric, only because I liked it, and with no idea as to which project I was going to use it in. well, lo and behold, I found my answer, so Now I need to get the newest book, "Make It Modern"! I not only found the quit that I want to use this fabric, but also two others that I would like to make. Thank you Fran and to your mom Donna as well!
Donna, I just wanted to share. I had a panel with different animals in the blocks. The blocks were not square so I cut them to 8 1/2 by 10 1/2. I used the Suite Times pattern. I used the same dimensions for the sashing and borders and it came out great. I watch your videos and have also used a lot of your patterns. Love them all. Thank you. Jo Gelvin

I have the kits for Button Box and Landslide from Quilts in a Jiffy. I also have three kits for Delight from The Magic of 3-Yard Quilts. And although I have no kits from Fat Quarter Quilting Fun, I would have loved to buy every one. Each of those featured quilts is just amazing in the fabrications you chose, Fran. I especially loved Woven and Strips but Meander and Boho Triangles were also so beautiful. You are the Fabric Matchmaker!

Floral waterfall, I can picture it as a waterfall, using blue bubbles or blue wave print fabric; instead of blue border, I would use gray rock print fabric and the cream background fabric, I would use green moss or grass print fabric. I think that would be picturesque.

Hi Darcas! Any 3-yards of fabric will work in any of these 8 patterns, so you can choose any 3-yard quilt kit from our shop or maybe you have some fabric in your stash that you would like to use! It will all work 😊
