Nearly pulled the trigger on a ‘16 plate version but realised I need to learn more about these beauties before doing so. Great content mate, really appreciated.
Thanks Paul I will get round to doing this before winter comes.
After watching your video. Reminds me to clean the drainage on my cars before it's too late

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF , I NOW KNOW WHAT TO KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR , REGARDS KEEP UP THE GOOD TIPS .
Hi Dave sorry to hear that, yes absolute fortune! If it makes you feel any better i was talking to a chap yesterday who just spent £1500 on a volve wing mirror!
Glad you got sorted though, just go for a drive, always cheers me up. Nige :)
Nice one, only wish I had this video when I owned my 2005 model…. Advice for any potential buyers, go for a 2007 onwards they had sorted these drains by then 😉
@philboyce1582 sadly they didn't as far as I know Phil, I know they re-routed the vac lines and so on. Oddly enough I was working through the workshop manual tonight and in the section for drain channels they only mentioned boot and doors. Nadal about scuttles! Crazy :)
@@BentleyOnABudget-mp8jj yes the scuttle is the problem one, that’s the one they changed. Fortunately i only ever drove mine in good weather and it was always garaged…..had it for 6 years best car I ever had……switched to a 5.0 Jaguar xk x150 a lot cheaper to run and plenty you can do yourself and a great car also…..I will keep watching love the content 😉
@philboyce1582 thanks Phil, every day's a school day :) that must be why it's not in the workshop manual then eh? Thought it was odd. Thank you very much :)
Thanks, my GTC is in Spain and I have a feeling that this is a very rare problem since on its last service I asked for them to check ( Bentley main dealer) and they did not seem to understand what I wanted.
@seigliere1 thank you, I'm glad it was useful :)
Looks like I got my first dislike today - thanks for your candour! If you don't like what I'm doing then please comment below and let me know how, or if, I can do it better. I'd be very grateful for any constructive feedback because I want to get better at this stuff. Thank you :)
Great video, emptied the front pond a few weeks ago. Done the rear ones earlier👍🏻
@lukeshardlow768 cheers Luke, appreciate it mate :)
