What I did on my flying spur got a genuine vw oil filter from eBay for £17. From AUTODOC I got Mobil 0W-40 20L engine oil with sump bolt and mannol brake cleaner for £155. Paid my mate £50 to do the oil and filter change Result 😉
@ftostation nice one! Everyone needs a mate like yours! My wrong filter came from Autodoc by the way. To be fair it's the first thing they got wrong so I can't grumble too much :)
@@BentleyOnABudget-mp8jj AUTODOC is a god send for us Bentley owners to save few pennies 🤣😂🤣😂 next service I am thinking going to use liqui moly engine oil
pro tip - pour the oil sideways, same with any liquid really, that way the air can get in while you're pouring and it will not only go faster but it will flow nice and steady.
It IS informative, and a good watch. Thank you! But for me, rather like the Olympic high diving, I would rather pay another £300 and watch someone else do it! With a job like this, a lift makes a difficult job relatively easy. The rear undertray dropped on my car shortly after I bought it, and standing underneath at my local garage, we could see why, and it was re-affixed free of charge.
brilliant

@@Matticitt cheers Matt, I'll try that next time :)
On the 2010 GT its a T25 for the front bumper under tray screws and a T30 for the bigger ones further back.
@@MikeHollifield_Web cheers Mike, happy new year :)

@petermole3872 thanks very much Peter, one day I'll get a lift of some sort and a garage to put it in. Fingers crossed :)
