you build it how you want its this easy. builded these 15 years ago. its again some rush everyone doing it now lol. i allready doing something what peoples do in next 15 years
Very interesting. The 3D printed slider looks a wear point and one that isn't easy to access and replace. Have you checked it for wear, and what Filament did you use please?
@@botak333 yes it will drop by gravity, and ends up with the ball screw nut hits the mounted screw bearing on top. both parts are pretty rigid, and mine are not broke or damaged yet .

Have you looked into magnetic ones ? They are much faster.

I have the SFX100 actuators. 3+ years of use with no wear at all on the slider.

How carbon tube holded during use ? bearing didnt damage external tube surface?
bearing channels did leave some scratches on the surface, but won't bite in any more after that.
