This Cat Looks Listless in the Daytime. I Think It Misses the Track

I heard cats will flat their ears when excited, so it should have worked.

servo actuator build (for motion simulator)
มุมมอง 30K3 ปีที่แล้ว
This actuator is based on SFX100 but I made some changed to eliminate 3D printed parts(save time) and make it robust. It uses 90st 750w servo motor, with 2.4Nm and 3000 rated rpm. stroke 120mm, max speed 250mm/s, max lift capacity 80kg per

this is the first test version, stay tuned
DIY 2DOF rig first drive

It took me 5 months to build this, software is simtools v2.4
Nice ! Any news of the project ?
What Kind of Ball Joints are these that connects the Actuator to the rig?
SQZ14-RS
@@kaibi1270 Thanks so much! 😍
Hi, do you have the .stl file for the slider?
you build it how you want its this easy. builded these 15 years ago. its again some rush everyone doing it now lol. i allready doing something what peoples do in next 15 years
Great, could you share diagram line ? Can I build it ?
Very interesting. The 3D printed slider looks a wear point and one that isn't easy to access and replace. Have you checked it for wear, and what Filament did you use please?
I have the SFX100 actuators. 3+ years of use with no wear at all on the slider.
How carbon tube holded during use ? bearing didnt damage external tube surface?
bearing channels did leave some scratches on the surface, but won't bite in any more after that.
Hi mate, if like that when the motor servo without power the rig will going down?? And broke the ballscrew??@@kaibi1270
@@botak333 yes it will drop by gravity, and ends up with the ball screw nut hits the mounted screw bearing on top. both parts are pretty rigid, and mine are not broke or damaged yet .
@@kaibi1270 so didu put some rubber on top od rhe nut? So make reducer for damage?
@@kaibi1270 and its using by step dir mode for the ac servo sir?
You gotta let me know when the plan is finished and is stable. I will buy it.
Amazing. hahaaa!
When will u sell this?
독일이나 일본에서 태어날걸 개한민국 ㅅㅂ 주류에 들어가는게 맞지
I hear iraqi music in the backround ..
Like 175 👏👏👏😉👍
Are you by any chance anywhere near Guangzhou?
Amazing !! Race in your home is better than real, please teach me how to build that 2DOF motion sim
lol love the sim with cat
Is the aluminum profile and the slider inside readily available? Can you give the links for all the components used?
I will build this too, you sell the construction plan? I will buy, take my money! ;-D Greetings from Germany.
will do, but not ready yet
do you have two motor end position switch for both sides ?
no, just the buttom(shortest) detect
are you selling it or do you offer the plans ffor free if i would like to make one
it will be on sale , but it still needs some function and interface improvements
@@kaibi1270 Please share when you get it all ironed out. I'm interested.
Interested.
traction loss in every corner? looks like normal yaw with a virtual center shifted to the rear. do you think, this is the right way?
Very careful observation. My controller has two kinds of yaw with different centers, one rotates with the center of the upper fame, the other in the front(60cm forward offset). "traction loss" will only trigger the front centered yaw, as what it does on a real car. Your question is because I added "sway" to the frame center yaw a little bit, which I found very helpful because that feels exactly like the car's head points right into the direction I steer to during a well gripped turn.
@@kaibi1270 thanks for your answer. i saw now, flypt (i use) owns a traction loss modul. i will take a look. :)
So this only used 6dof?? What is defernt when add 1 more motor for traction control only?@@kaibi1270
做的非常好
Tiny screen with a $30k rig lmao
hah, that monitor is temporary for testing. And the rig is about $3k
@@kaibi1270 are you selling it or do you offer the plans ffor free if i would like to make one
Nice rig 👍😉
Hi could you do some more video of the cockpit it self, what degrees of angle are those connecting plates on the cockpit ?
Hi, yeah I will introduce more details on this channel. Acturally I have already posted on my domestic media, if you can access "www.bilibili.com/video/BV13T411G7E6/?vd_source=834a22aba111a514a3d0a2b0400d2356" all in Chinese though..
@@kaibi1270 thank you, I can access it... I might have to try google translate... Thank you again
@@kaibi1270hi mate, how about if i used 300mm leght of ballscrew 1605? Traver around 15-20cm. It posible for 6dof??
@@botak333 it is, only with less travel and angle capabilities
@@kaibi1270 hi mate for the fk12 bearing is posible to used ordinary bearing? Or must used angular contac bearing fk12?
Have you looked into magnetic ones ? They are much faster.
What's news ? have you develop this controller ?

Very nice!
What cups you are using for the feeds, Looks interesting - Great Build !
NICE build my friend! Keep posting.. I subscribed for sure cause I want to see some more.. (I gotta add some more 'sway' to my setup) I put my build on xsim if you want to look.. maybe give me some advice on the sway! here is my link.. www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/full-frame-2-dof-traction-loss-new-build.14740/ DMAX
Nice! What is your library of rs485? How about latency ? Can you share this?

Very nice ... Good luck with the development
