So if a dozen is #600, I will collect #500 from them, the #100 is theirs but I don't do that again. You can do your costing to know how much you will supply💕💕💕

Hi, thanks for your comment. It depends on how you portion your buns, things are now very expensive and you can't portion it the way I did in the video. You only can decide on how much you want to sell and how much your gain will be.
I switch on my cooker and allow the oil to be hot enough to fry only after mixing my batter and that can take about 5-8mins then I fry but some pastry chef can say you should leave it for 10-15mins or even 20 mins💕💕💕
You should get 80 for a bigger portion or 95-100 for a smaller portion and I used one of my measuring cups to scoop because I didn't practice using my hands 💕💕💕
